Boutique Hostel located in the heart of downtown Santiago de Cuba just 50 meters from the Plaza de Marte and 250m from the Céspedes park. The house is a construction where the Ardeco style is harmoniously combined with the contemporary one, giving it an imposing that combined with the quality of service makes it an ideal place to enjoy a high standard within the city center itself. The rooms are very spacious (38m²) and ventilated, each one has a balcony, 2 double beds or 1 king size bed, private bathroom, hot and cold water, mini bar, air conditioning, TV, safe and hair dryer , in addition to electricity 110V and 220V. The house has a cozy terrace where you can see much of the city of Santiago de Cuba and where there is also the restaurant and a bar just for the enjoyment of guests. It also has a patio where you can enjoy a copious vegetation and which becomes an ideal oasis to find peace to read, relax and share with family and friends in the central location of the house. Amazing accommodation in the magical Santiago de Cuba
Reviewed By The1ItineraryThe #1 itinerary stayed in Hostal Heredia in April 2019, it was so magical! The hostal is located 3 mins from the local hot spot of Plaza de Marte. The staff was very attentive and courteous and made sure we were secure at all times. I recommend Hostal Heredia for anyone traveling to Santiago de Cuba.

Reviewed By Tatiana GThis is a long overdue review, I went with a friend to Santiago end of 2016 and ended at the Casona via recommendation by another casa particular in Trinidad. The place is clean, spacious, very well located and the family is adorable. On the night of our arrival my friend and I got hit with food poisoning (do not buy from bus station food stands!), fortunately we were in the best hands as both father and son are doctors. They took care of us like we were family, they gave us everything from remedies to hugs and the best comforting soups. Within 24h we were like new. We ended up sharing 4 amazing days with them, it was hard to say goodnight. Definitely the place where I am staying on my next trip to Santiago.

Reviewed By Ana_L_23Some days before our arrival, we were informed we could not stay there. But the host offered to get us an alternative place, which we accepted. It was a great stay, with a fantastic breakfast, and this is a very central place, to visit all the main sites in Santiago.
