This is fantastic little restaurant. Itâs certainly not fast food but the food is delicious, the service was great and the decor is quirky and fabulous. I did try ordering vegetarian nachos but was pointed in the direction of one of the specials which was veggie and Iâm glad I was- I canât remember what it was called but it was tortillas, cheese, beans and lots more delicious stuff! If weâd been in barichara longer Iâd have gone again.

This is a beautiful restaurant located close to the main square, however the food quality was disappointing. It was ok, but certainly far from good. Most dishes were heated in the microwave meaning they were not that fresh.good afternoon srta catalina I really apologize but our products are fresh only that you can not have outside refrigeration the vegetables and vegetables are fresh in the region and then have a seafood or fresh fish when we are 20 hours from the sea is like complicated to have it fresh I ask you a thousand apologies for your bad perception about our restaurant we will continue to improve

Went there for a late lunch on our first visit to Barichara and were very happy with the food, service, restaurant and the staff.The steaks were delicious, tender, and served on top of a Lava Stone where you will finish to cook it according to your taste. We ordered the lomito or tender loin, because we loved tender beef and was delicioso :-) The side dishes were also good and very unique. We took a tuk-tuk from the center of town and the Restaurant is located just a few meters outside the main entrance of town. The restaurant is on a very pretty area surrounded by trees, flowers and birds. The owner had impeccable taste for the China, glasses, tables, lamps and for the setting of the restaurant all designed by her! She was very proud of her restaurant and was very friendly too :-) We ended up staying longer sipping Coffee, that she gets from her favorite Coffee Plantation, and talking about the area.We will go back on our next visit to Barichara. Definitively is a Must!!Thanks very much for your for great coment and we wait for your next time in Barichara
