Nicely appointed restaurant, gorgeous outside setting, food well-thought out and innovative, poorly executed from the service standpoint. Having a trio of staff staring straight ahead, talking to each other while we tried to get their attention to correct our order which was improperly delivered took all the shine away from the experience...

The restaurant is located in a street with several restaurants outside a mall. It is a nice place were you can walk through, even though it's small. The restaurant decor is nice. The food is just average in Italian restaurants. I order some calamari fritti that is one of my favorites in Italian restaurants which I have tried much better than this one. Then I ordered some pasta and it was average too.

Overrated. They only have one size of pizza various topping combinations, the cheapest is 85 bolivianos. I didn't like it because in the crust and under the toppings they put cream cheese or sour cream. There is better pizza in Santa Cruz in my opinion.

The Best Pizza in town, with authentic italian flavors set over a perfect crust, to go by the slice or to sit in a cozy open air setting that transports you to the Tuscan Valley. The menu also includes 4 types of lasagnas, pastas, paninis and salads, deli
We fell in love with the pizza here. True Italian flavor, thin delicious crust, we couldnât get enough of it! We kept going back for more, visited La Sfizeria many times during this trip. All our family and friends love it. It will be our first stop when we visit Santa Cruz!

Our excitement to go eat at the new Italian restaurant in town was great! Only to be disappointed by the first impression of the interior of the place, it felt like stepping back in time 20 years, traditional bright and red walls, way to bright lighting , and an owner who didn't even bother to get up and welcome his guests, which is essential in a town like Santa cruz, where its not about who you are but about who you know, We didn't let this discourage us even though our feeling told us it would be better to leave, We sat down and noticed a strong paint smell, we understood the place is new but this is not necessary and it spoils the taste of the food, after repeatedly asking the obviously unexperienced waiter to attend us, we ordered our dishes, while we where served white buns clearly made by a factory with a funny tasting white sauce, when the food arrived the first thing we noticed was the boring way it was presented and honestly also the way it tasted, nothing special at all, the grilled meat was ok, but not anything near the quality of the steaks elsewhere in town, and the fish was overcooked and tasteless served only with a totally not all appealing salad, and mushy dripping with fat overcooked vegetables, What a pity, one would think that a restaurant that is located so close other Italian restaurants would do anything to impress, but no, and that with prices higher then the competition, we wish them luck , they will need it,

We are a casual family restaurant that seeks to honor the tradition and passion for Italian cuisine that finds in it an instrument to unite the family around a table, flavors and stories. "Bocatto di cardinale!" Say the Italians, referring to what is bein
A very special restaurant. Santa Cruz needed a restaurant where you could eat a pizza that was a little more gourmet. In our visit the pizza was great and the wine was not expensive compared with similar restaurants. The co-owner spent all night standing near the door and was very friendly with all their customers, worrying to make sure everybody was happy with the service and food. Overall a very nice and different experience, highly recommended.

We're local and have tried most every Italian restaurant in Santa Cruz. Bravissimo is our favorite. Cozy setting, friendly service, short wait times and an extensive menu. All the pasta dishes are great, I usually get meat and prefer the Osso Bucco, both pork and beef as well as the generous portion of Paiche (fish) al ajillo. They don't over salt the food like others do. Prices start at about $8 for the Spaghetti Carbonara which is very good. No disappointments at Bravissimo!

This is one of the nicest restaurants we've found in Bolivia so far. Sure, it's a bit more expensive, but worth splashing out on. We came here twice even though it was a fair distance from where we were staying! The paella is very tasty, and we also had desserts both times, all of which were amazing. Highly recommend the mousses and the lemon meringue pie. There's a decent wine selection too (not just from Bolivia) and they have a wine of the week - a different wine on offer each week. We enjoyed the Chilean Carmenere. Definitely worth a visit for something different to the usual Bolivian cuisine.

We are one of the most traditional restaurants in Santa Cruz. Our cosine has been inspired in the italian menu in an magical fusion with the continental flavor.
Recommended by a Bolivian friend, we were not disappointed. Lovely traditional ambiance, excellent service and a huge menu of every type of pasta imaginable. I settled for the pasta with salmon which was good and my husband had the Spaghetti Bolognese (a little over salted and the sauce a bit thin). We shared a sumptuous "volcano" chocolate desert. Watch out for potentially being charged twice for service. They told us that service wasn't included in the bill. However, just as we were about to give them "propina" in cash, we looked at the bill to see that it had in fact been included.

Wow, Wow, Wow! This restaurant is that good. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful and the food and service are of the same caliber. I loved the concept of a steakhouse with Argentinian and Italian influences. The food, décor, and service are on par with fine dining restaurants in the top cities of the world. Just incredible!
