Great food and perfect atmosphere!!!!
My daughter and I passed a very nice evening here. The restaurant is covered but open to the night air and there's a relaxed vibe. We played cards between courses, while on the next table sat a party that included two bearded guys who looked like Jacks with two girls, one in red and the other in black, who could have been their matching Queens. The food was good too. My daughter had the daily special and I had one of the house cuts of Argentine steak. The meat was honest rather than fine but it came with a tasty sauce and nice sides and went down nicely with a good glass of wine.
We were served by a young girl who was presumably a daughter of the owners, which added to the easy-going atmosphere.

Delicious wood-fired pizzas...Salads , fresh smoothies,..mojito and margarita! New gluten-free pizza! Breakfast included for hostel´s guests Jammin Hostel and Pizzeria is walking distance from town and the main surf point ¨La Punta¨.
Excellent pizza, and less than a one minute walk from where we were staying-Casa Maya. We all had different pizzas and they were great. We should have just shared a couple of pizzas, as we each had trouble finishing them. The service was great, and the beers were cold. Highly recommended

We stayed at Mama Ines for three nights. We got a pretty good offer, as we were there in low season (and there was only one other room occupied). The room was nice and spacious, however, not very clean. Unfortunately, the matresses were very uncomfortable (mine even had a hole as big as a fist) and the room was smelly and wet. However, since we got such a cheap offer we were ok with it.
The staff was very nice and the food in the restaurant (we tried breakfast, lunch and dinner) was alright as well. The food was not outstanding, but ok. If you tell them in advance, that you're gonna have lunch with them they'll make a cheap lunch (beans/lentils and rice) for you (aroung 3$).
For the price it was ok - I would stay there again, but we've stayed at cleaner and nicer places in Panama.
The nicest thing was the Terrace with the ocean view!!

La comida esta siempre fresca y con ingredientes de exelente calidad, desde una hamburghesa a un pasta con marisco..ven te esperamos comida nacional y italiana
The staff is totally awesome, at least while we were there. Every single one.
But to give it a 4 out of 5 rating for food? I suspect some tampering with the system. It is the best location in Santa Catalina and all but the horrible Penguin (sp?) had better food in my experience. We tried breakfast. lunch and dinner. Not one memorable meal.
But, if you need an omelette in the morning or a simple un-amazing snack, its fine. Sometimes you just don't feel like leaving, and they will serve you food that will not excite, but will solve the hunger issue in a most beautiful place.
Chill people, chill place.
Coffee is OK. However....just up the hill are the best fish tacos ever so whats a little distance when you can actually enjoy a meal?

We went 2 nights in a row and they were closed. Its very hard to figure out schedules around Santa Catalina, but we got used it. Once we arrived, we were kindly treated, and very much enjoyed a fish and chicken taco, and really yummy fish ceviche! It's one the main road, so I feel like this restaurant is a must try!

This place is a bakery and also serves Pizza in the evening. The bread is really good, however you have to come early to get one. The pizza was amazing! They have a bunch of different pizzas to chose, also a nutella Pizza.

The restaurant was full and even though they had one large party that ordered ahead of us, they did get our meal out in a reasonable time. The beer was ice cold and the atmosphere was nice being right on the beach. I had the Pescado entero and instead of being deep fried it was poached with spices, excellent.

We have been here continuously two night because of the taste of foods and the freshness as well. This place have operated by family with a kid.I'm assuming as you visiting Coiba island you should have visit this small place too.best foods we had during our 4 weeks at Panama.

Really nice food, even though the waiting was pretty long and the food was cold I'd say it was the best I had during my 10 days in Santa Catalina.
There maybe could be some more octopus in the octopus dish but the mixed seafood is really good and the chicken is a lot of food for the money.

The Ceviche is fresh and perfectly dressed, not too pricy (12-14 dollars), and team is very nice... I recommend it !!
