In the very centre of San Vito al Tagliamento - a nice town with medieval origins placed in the southern part of the Pordenone province and with an amazing square in Venetian style that has been restored recently to its ancient and noble splendour - and near to the Torre Raimonda built in theXIII century, there stands the Patriarca Hotel. The building, modern and comfortable, makes this place ideal both for business guests and families that are looking for a pleasantly relaxing moment in the heart of Friuli Venezia Giulia, a cosmopolitan region with Middle-European influences, rich in culture, art, history, traditions, food, wine and uncontaminated nature.La Piramide Restaurant inside our hotel is our jewel in the crown. Its fine cuisine proposes delicious dishes from Friuli and Puglia regions, with a particular attention to the quality of the food and to discover ancient and unforgotten tastes of the highest culinary tradition, revisited with a modern perspective to satisfy the new needs of an international clientele.
the place is lovely, clean, quiet. The single room was big and had AC. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was included and the choice of menu was quite good. The red orange fresh juice was amazing. Would highly recommend.

Antico Borgo Torricella, a four star wellness hotel, is hosted in an historical countryside property. Rooms are modern equipped; floor heating, air conditioning, lcd, minibar and hairdryer, private bathroom The SPA with hammam, sauna, turkish bath, outdoor and indoor swimming pool. The restaurant offer à la carte dining at lunch and dinner. The hotel is just few km from the main cities: Pordenone (15”); Udine (35”); Venezia (1h30). Shuttle bus to San Vito al Tagliamento.
There are many positives: friendly staff, clean and well kept, nice rooms, relaxing pool, delightful garden, dog restaurant, peaceful setting, kindly accepted our dog. A good spot if you are in the area for a day or two. But, we had a few issues: hard bed and very firm pillows, clogged bathroom sink, whirlpool tub that didn’t quite work right, spa closed for the season...

Visited just the restaurant so this this review for food, not the rooms. Place is nice and clean, oldfashioned. Food is average and nothing special, I wouldn't come back to eat there. Prices are quite good - 15€ for 4 plate lunch per person but do not expect anything special. Owners are polite and good mannered.

The large shared rooms with a bathroom inside are quite old but OK. One of the main problems rely on the new staff that has taken the hostel, with little experience. They are not in the building very often, so the check-in was a total mess, and needed the help of locals to eventually get it. Right after that, they left again. Be sure to arrange an arrival time in advance and ask all you need at once.
