Juan Dolio is a place a refer to as the retirement community. Many Northern Americans venture down to this section of the island to enjoy peace and quiet. However, at night this is the place where many come to enjoy a drink, a little food if hungry and some company upon request. I can't say enough about how the Bartenders accommodated me during my patronage. I recommend this place to all those that come and visit the community of Juan Dolio.

I had the burger at the Marbella Bar and grill. It was phenomenal⦠The burger comes on News print paper.Accompanied by onion rings and fries. This is aHidden gem!!! Right across from the Marbella west entrance Also recommend a Greek salad and the meatball sub very cheap consideringâ¦

Noisy with little kids splashing about in the pool that's a few feet from the seating area, usual full of local non-guests hanging about watching television and using the free wifi or smoking. The quality of food was just average. Server does only that: brings the food and sits at the bar to cat with friends or stay on the phone. One meal here was one meal too much.

We eat here on a day trip from santo domingo. Tables with umbrellas on the beach, tended by informal employees (street kids). The restaurant itself is across the street from the beach.We were lucky, it was happy hour: BOGO fish dinner and beer - 1000 pesos!
