Our hostess met us in the parking area and accommodated our transition into the expertly appointed white on white rooms with terraced vineyard vistas. The heated pool was enticing as were the poolside chaises. Breakfast was on pastisserie overdrive with a dedicated pastry chef delivering freshly baked goods from croissants to pineapple muffins. And eggs and bacon were delivered to you exact preference. Cannot rave enough about the staff, and Anna in particular. She accommodated a beautiful evening for our party of four with Giordano’s excellent delivery of dinner as requested. Very nice host
Reviewed By leonide618We stayed only one night and arrived after 10 pm. Despite this we were greeted with a big smile and a lot of kindness. We got tea and coffee with cake and had very nice conversation and got many tips about San Miniato. Common areas both inside and outside were large and comfortable. The room and the bathroom were large and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The owner was not there in the morning, so we got all necessary for the breakfast and instructions in the evening. We got a basket with cakes, capsules of coffee, fruit juice and yogurt in the fridge in the kitchen. Next morning we made tea and coffee using micro and coffee machine in the kitchen.

Corazzano farm is located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, within an organic farm of 54 h, halfway between Pisa and Florence. The farm is a good starting point for excursions, field trips, and gourmet tours and visits to the art cities. The farmhouse is provided with 2 tastefully decorated rooms and equipped with heating, air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi. The rooms are located on the ground floor of our home that has been recently restored with typical materials of the Tuscan tradition. It is at guests ' disposal a common reading room heated by a large fireplace where we offer the welcome cocktail at our organic red wine, oil and organic vegetables produced in the farm. In the morning you can enjoy abundant breakfasts made with local cheeses and cold meats, fresh fruit, home-made cakes and fresh eggs produced by farm's henhouse. In summer breakfast is served on the large terrace overlooking the Pieve di San Giovanni and the cultivated fields. The farm does not have a restaurant but, upon request, we will be happy to cook and share with you the evening meal. On the farm you can buy certified organic products fresh and dried (chickpeas, lentils, spelt, beans), and stored as tomato sauces, pickles, jams, honey, wine, oil, etc.

Appartement propre, confortable, bien équipé. ce qui nous a plus: la piscine super pour les enfants (1,30m de profondeur, les grands peuvent nager et cette profondeur est rassurante pour les enfants.) le jardin très grand avec jeux pour enfants, toboggan, baby foot, table de ping pong les animaux: les poules, les poneys, les chats, les oies...bref le bonheur des enfants était de nourrir les animaux avec Michaela. la soirée Pizza de Giovanni du lundi: nous y avons mangé les meilleurs pizza de notre séjour en toscane ! la gentillesse de nos hotes. la gare de san miniato a 20 min, car bien plus pratique de prendre le train pour les grandes villes comme sienne ou florence nous reviendrons pour résumé, je dirai l'endroit parfait pour une famille avec des enfants!

Reviewed By shirleym57We stayed two nights before our flight home from Pisa. It’s a beautiful hotel, the staff were very quiet but attentive. The best part for us was the wonderful food served in their restaurant, some of the best we had had all holiday . The portions were large, we should have shared them on reflection , the wine was good too and all very reasonably priced. It’s a long gravel drive to the hotel, but would stay again.

Reviewed By TraceyA1113A beautiful place on top of a hill with absolutely stunning views. The hosts were very friendly and spoke good English. The breakfast were lovely and perfectly adequate to start the day, the cakes were lovely and fresh along with a good choice of ham, cheese, boiled eggs, yogurts etc. Our apartment was very spacious and had a huge balcony with an absolutely stunning view. The apartments are a little rustic & could benefit from a kettle and a few more utensils and our apartment had no oven, only a hob, and as we had shopped before we arrived, we had bought pizzas which unfortunately we couldn’t cook, as no microwave either. But all in all we had a wonderful week and wouldn’t hesitate to return!

Unfortunately this didn’t extend to the hotel inside which was such a shame as the location at the top of the hills, the views and outside were superb. Obviously this is a medieval building but with a little effort ie lots more lighting, chairs to sit in instead of having to sit on bed, mirrors on walls, painting, tea and coffee in rooms it could be so much better. Unfortunately we were given a room on floor one which whilst a good size had very hard uncomfortable beds, looked nothing like the website photos and smelled musty. We couldn’t find anywhere to sit in the hotel or get a coffee. I wouldn’t rate it a four star hotel in my experience but we loved SAN Miniato, the excellent location and restaurant

The jacuzzi was closed and we were told it would take 2 hours to prepare by one member of staff who was contradicted by another who said 24 hours (we were only staying 1 night!). Hotel was shabby and sometimes broken eg shower although staff claimed it was OK at first!

Unexpected great
Reviewed By CriticallyMeWe had a company dinner with some 30 people. The food was absolutely great. You could taste that is was genuine, locally grown and prepared at the moment of serving. In winter the outside amenities could not be enjoyed but inside there was a Cody place for talks. Very nice
