I do not eat beef, chicken, pork, eggs, etc. but do eat fish. I've been to El Negro several times and for a place nowhere near the coast and a good 45 minutes from Queretaro, this is probably the best you are going to get in the area if you want snapper, shrimp or other seafood items. San Miguel, which has many fine restaurants is about 45 minutes away as well. It's fairly cavernous inside and fills up with local business people every day, so I take that to mean they think it is one of the better places to eat as well in this industrial farm town. Service is efficient, atmosphere is fine and so is the food. Many dishes are in the 150-200 peso range, so $8-$10 US as of this writing. Whole snapper, which I had them filet is about double and a lot of food.

Es bonito y sale del standar de la región, el café es verdaderamente exquisito, la comida, dos tres, el servicio es muy malo, pero uno vuelve por el café. Pruébenlo.

The staff was super nice and attentive to our needs. The boneless medium wings were a little to spicy for my taste but very enjoyable (I'll try a lower category sauce next time). The Draft beer with clamato was delicious. We enjoyed watching some sports while eating. Will definitely return.

Durante una visita de trabajo a San José Iturbide, acudí a cenar a La Lupita por invitación de unos amigos locales.
La especialidad del lugar son las hamburguesas, papas a la francesa, alitas, cervezas artesanales, te y café.
Si bien el menú es algo limitado, la variedad de hamburguesas que ofertan es interesante, ya que aspiran a volverlas “delicatesen”. Sin embargo creo que tendrán que trabajar más, porque aún están lejos de ello, ya que si bien son buenas, es cierto que no son las mejores -incluso de San José Iturbide- y ni de cerca de un sabor espectacular e inolvidable.
En cuanto al lugar tiene una decoración extravagante, con muchos carteles de distintos colores, mesas de madera pintarrajeadas y televisores, lo cual le da un aire informal y jovial, ideal para una salida con amigos o compañeros de oficina.
En conclusión, para quien gusta de cocina gourmet en ambientes sofisticados, se sentirá algo desencajado en este sitio -que probablemente se jacta de algo que no es-; en cambio parece más adecuado para probar una salida casual de fin de semana con amigos.

Muy buenas pizzas a muy buen precio... servicio a domicilio. Les recomiento la pizza MIA con hierbas finas que es lo que les da un excelente sabor. También les recomiendo las alitas y como postre un churro relleno

Es un restaurantito cerca de la entrada a la terraceria para el santuario de las luciernagas (es el ultimo restaurante antes de salir del pueblo).
El servicio fue muy bueno y la comida estuvo bien. Me hubiera gustado mas variedad, pero para nuestro grupo estuvo bien. Ofrecen quesadillas, ensalada de champiñones, tacos dorados, pulque de distintos sabores, agua de horchata, etc.
El lugar es amplio y tiene un espacio para comer afuera (con techo) o adentro. Aceptan tarjetas de crédito (no las usamos).

Es un restaurante bastante agradable por la decoración y la música. La comida está muy rica y la atención es excelente. Muy recomendado.

Now, I have visited this lovely restaurant 5-6 times since they opened in June,2016. Each time, I have tried something different and each time I have been impressed with how delicious the food is. Upon inquiring about where the chef received his training, I learned that he graduated from a Gastronomy University in San Miguel de Allende, did his internship in Madrid under a one star Michelin chef and worked at the Rosewood hotel in San Miguel and the New Marriott Courtyard in Queretaro. While in school he worked under a Swiss trained, Sri Lankan chef in San Miguel. He obviously learned a lot from all of his mentors! No wonder his food tastes so special!
Do yourself a favor and travel to San Jose Iturbide for a special meal. Whether it is his pozole, the mocajetes or his Swiss enchiladas, you can't go wrong. And save room for his chocolate dessert or his broccoli flan. What a memorable experience!

At Amor de mis Amores the service is great. Multiple employees come up to you to make sure you're being served well. The building per se is very clean and neat. There is tons of space available. I just had a simple americano and an oatmeal for breakfast, which were both good.

A young French-Mexican couple looking to develop a French crêpe in San José Iturbidé. We have pancakes (Nutella, sugar, jam, walnuts, Philadelphia, road) and savory pancakes (ham, sausages ...).And Pizza :) We also serve hot drinks (Chocolate, tea, coffee) and fresh drinks as well as ice creams.

Está súper rico! Mis favoritas fueron la de queso y jamón y Nutella ;) La masa deliciosa! Excelente opción si tienes antojo de algo salado y dulce.
