As for check out, I requested late check out for gold member as of the benefit, and they gave me 2 hours extra even on a fully booked day! Very impressive customer service.

Horrible way to start our vacation
Reviewed By raylM2154VMMy family stayed at this Sheraton during our vacation in May. We were supposed to drop off our luggage at hotel, then go to a restaurant my wife loves for dinner. The stated check in time is 3pm. We arrived at the hotel around 2:30pm, hoping to check in early. However, we were told that the previous day guest has elite status and they are checking out late. The room should be ready around 4pm. Hotel offered free parking as compensation. My dinner reservation was at 5pm, so I thought 4pm check it was ok. But, at 4pm, hotel tells me that the elite status allowed the previous day guest to stay until 4pm and they are cleaning the room now. We didn't get into our room until 5pm, which means we missed our dinner reservation. I was really angry as we were about to miss the first dinner reservation of our trip. The manager just said it's hotel policy and nothing else they can do. He also hinted that the free parking was good compensation for us already. I don't give a XXXX about the free parking. I only took it because they offer nothing else to compensate me. I read up on Marriot policy. Late check out should only be available base on availability. Why did this hotel allow it when they know the room is booked for next day? Too bad, I don't have at least silver elite status, or else I will force them to honor their ultimate reservation guarantee (which says they will pay for the hotel nearby and compensate for inconvenience if room is somehow unavailable). I would not ever book this hotel again, unless I have Silver status. Such a bad experience to start our vacation!

Reviewed By WarurmonkOver the past three or so years I have read some very unflattering reviews and stayed at other hotels. Conditions were such that I needed to stay there on 03/02/2019 and I found the property to be pretty good. This is the first hotel in the USA I’ve visited that had Asian style toilets. I fell in love with these toilets a few decades ago and have thought about installing two of them in our house but until recently the costs have been too high. So I will have to say that I was impressed. The breakfast buffet is quite good. Friendly staff staff seals the deal. I’ll be back.

Worst hotel in 18 day vacation
Reviewed By Cathy BNon-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. Pillows were filthy. Towel for bathroom floor looked like someone had cleaned their muddy boots on it and returned it folded on rack. Unfortunately, after getting out of shower wet, the bath towel was just as filthy. No microwave as advertised. No ice machine. This was our 18th hotel in a row on our cross country hiking trip. Worst place we stayed so far.

Never Again
Reviewed By ATourist6I will never stay here again, however if I could give this place 2.5 stars in the interest of being fair I would. I just look for something clean and safe when I travel and my expectations are not unreasonably high. There were no bugs, no transients and safe, free parking was available. The room was large, reasonably clean and very quiet. Free Wifi on site. There was a functioning but not functioning very well air conditioning unit on a very hot day. There are a few continental breakfast items available and coffee should you venture down to the front desk area in the morning. There were some cleaning issues (long black hairs on the bathroom floor, small dried smears of I don't want to know what in different places on the walls) but nothing too hard to stomach. The check in experience was about as far away from warm and welcoming as you can get. The swimming pool area, such as it was, hosted the most uninviting pool I have ever seen (although it appeared to be clean and did have water in it). Even on a day well into the 100+ degree area, I could not make myself go there. Two words about my stay overall: never again. I will pay more and stay somewhere else.
