Quarantine stay is nice, room is clean smells great. Good bed clean sheets. Packed food is decent for quarantine purposes. I think improve on the internet speed and make it faster. Generally my stay with family is good and comfortable.

Ideal stay option for Family Vacations, Couples and Solo Travellers.
Stayed here for a business trip for a whole week. My room was on the floor beside the stairs and behind my room was an empty lot. The aircon was hot when it’s daylight even if it’s on throughout the day. The tv is good, just no cables but offers some channels that are from abroad. You will have 2 towels upon entering the room and then necessities that you need like 2 toothbrushes (with toothpaste) and a hair comb. The bathroom does have a bath gel and shampoo, but I don’t recommend to use it. The shampoo does not even bubbles even if you use it with water. The bath gel is too sticky to use and like those cheap gels that you could buy in a grocery. And my room doesn’t have a door for my comfort room, just that color red (see picture) that separates it from the view. Also see the picture where there is a tarp (the color white) I just removed it from being folded and put it just to make sure that no one will see me showering. Hahaha! Overall, my experience with this hotel is good but I just hate the water from the shower. Too low to have a good shower and also not having the door to have a privacy while peeing or having a shower. Also hate the ants that roam around the walls of the room and the tarpaulin that just blocks the view from the back side of the hotel (which is full of household). The staff are friendly and approachable and also you will not have water of your own but they do have a dispenser and glass to use. They also offer free coffee and offers cheap meals.

We stayed for 2 nights in the classic room. It's just a quick getaway while still being in the city. Everything was clean and well-kept. The only cons that I encountered during our stay was, there was a sewer smell that I can smell in the room, and no breakfast option. During our stay, they served the same breakfast. I hope that they fix their meal plan.

Arrived at the hotel around 130pm, requested for an early check in because I wasn't feeling well and had a fever. I was not allowed because it is their policy. As I was standing at the front desk, she accomodated and handed a key to another guest. (Why was the other guest allowed?) The front desk staff completely disregarded me and left me standing there. I asked her, "do I at least sign any registration form?" The FO staff Dian Pangilinan said, "no need sir." I was surprised this hotel was even given DOT Accreditation as they don't even have standards. At this point I lost my cool. I told them that if they're going to be strict with their policies (2pm check-in), at least offer a seat or tell the guest what to do (instead of just making them stand clueless at the front desk). I asked for a manager but apparently the FO Supervisor, Shen Yumul, is nowhere to be found. I gave my biz card and advised the FO staff Dian to have Shen call me, but to no avail. No endorsement, no follow through, no customer service orientation, whatsoever. The inly reason we chose this place because of its close proximity to our wedding venue. I will never recommend anyone to stay here, whatever reason or purpose you are looking at staying in the area for. The hotel looks and feels like a cheap motel, and its customer service matches its ambience.

Elegantly built and luxuriously furnished, The Tavern hotel and Villas could very well be your home away from home. These hotel rooms and villas are perfect for your next family vacation or those quick romantic ventures.
We stayed for two nights in this resort hotel for our class reunion. Since we were 50 plus attendees the hotel rooms were not enough. Some couples were housed in their Mystique Lane - their motel wing. We stayed in one and it was comfortable though it’s two notch lower in terms of cleanliness and amenities. We have to ask for their complimentary water, our refrigerator was out of order, lights bulbs were out and lots of mosquitoes. Breakfast portions were small and we always asked for refills. It’s saving grace is The Forum - it’s convention center. Very new and audiovisual equipment were satisfactory. Their staff were accommodating and helpful.

Had an online agoda confirmed booking, but upon arrival.Oyosaid our room is located in the "motel" part of the hotel. Went there with family.Anyhow to make the long story short, they said we could be upgraded to their "hotel standard room" for Php2000 per room/walk in rate. Since we are a family of 4, we have no choice but to get 2 rooms ( online rate later found out is 1000). Worst part was they do not have hot and cold shower as published..when asked why they said their's actually "solar hot shower" if there is no sun no hot water (wtf!). You can hear all the vehicles noises outside the hotel in the room too.Wort Inn ever. A lot of inns and hotel in the area, do not come here.Waste of money.

We stayed at the hotel for a change. It was overpriced at a little over P10k. Room was old & badly needs renovation. There was even a big cockroach in the bathroom. Shower heater was not functioning. Saving grace was as usual the servers especially Edwin & July.
