Casa Silva's Restaurant offers an unique environment, ideal to enjoy with family, friends or for a romantic dinner. Between the vineyards and its Polo course, the restaurant brings a warm and relaxing experience. With a gastronomic propposal that remembers traditional and countryside Chilean homefood, its dishes are recognized by its simplicity and delicate flavours. Some of the specialties are Chilean classics, such as sweet corn pie, cazuela, red wine cooked leg of lamb with mashed potatoes, also grilled fishes and red meats. The ingredients come from Colchagua Valley, giving a unique endemic view of Chilean preparations: from its olive oil that comes from Puente Negro, till traditional jerky meat and vegetables that come from small local producers. This restaurant is well known not only by its great dishes but also by its quality and warm service, who are specialized in pairing and wine advice. We recommend to make Reservations. We'll be happy to receive you!
This winery restaurant has long hours and a good location about 90 minutes south of the Santiago airport, ideally placed for travelling to and from the Colchagua valley. Food is good; wine is excellent; service is acceptable. The "Clubhouse" is set far back into the vineyards, doubling as the viewing area for the polo field. Which produces our one complaint: anywhere there are horses, there are also flies. When there is no polo game, and thus no horses to host the flies, they can bother the diners. The barbecue is a central feature, and we enjoyed a nice piece of chicken. We tried to reserve by email a few days in advance, but had no response. It's large enough that a couple is unlikely to be turned away without a reservation.

We were looking for something different and read somewhere that this was a combo sushi/Mexican restaurant. It seemed more of a cafe or club than a restaurant, but the food was excellent. We ordered a Caesar salad with salmon; it didn't look like a typical Caesar but it was absolutely delicious and the dressing was unique, a little spicy and fantastic. We also ordered a spicy salmon roll and chicken quesadilla. It's tricky ordering sushi since you want to know that the fish is very fresh and it was delicious! My husband said his chicken quesadilla was very good. I'm not a drinker but they have a full bar and even gave my husband a complimentary pisco sour after ordered the first one.
Great meal, great service, so-so ambience. The place doesn't open until 7pm though, despite what guidebooks might say.

This traditional restaurant has been serving the community for over 60 year, It is famous for its "Pollo a la Cacerola" (Chicken in a home made sauce), Our food influence is Italian/American, with a great atmosphere and service.
This place is worth the short drive from San Fernando. The owners are welcoming and friendly, and the food is good. There is an outdoor patio but choose a table indoors to experience the beautiful stone and woodwork. As others say, their signature chicken dish is delicious.

Service was good and they made something that wasn't exactly on the menu, but the pork chops were cooked dry and the french fries were not as good as most fast food places.
