Beautiful place, great service, vegan friendly
Reviewed By patydelfinI accompanied my partner on his business trip, so I went solo on every activity. Every single person that works here was just lovely to me. I walked all over the grounds, met all of the animals at the farm (horses, cows, llamas, deer, etc.), had a coffee scrub at the spa and soaked in the jacuzzi. Everyone pampered us a lot. Specially Alejandro, the chef, who was open, kind and understanding in making us special vegan requests. This place is beutiful: ponds in the forest, veggie gardens, geese quacking around, baby horses, heated pool, kayaks, just a lot.

Our Hotel is a country side one. Our Hotel is located a few minutes away from civic center "San Esteban" and "Los Andes" civic center.We are also a few minutes away from the turistic hot spot, and turistic service around the area.

Reviewed By Gabriel11This is a delightful Country hotel without pretension. We had a great stay here, nonetheless as the people are so lovely and friendly. Our first morning we were visisted at breakfast by a translator who proceeded to describe how to get to San Esteban winery, the Petroglyphs and Lake Parilla, which is adjacent to the Argentine border. Our breakfast included instant coffee, yoghurt, cereal, pan with ham, cake and jam. We were offered more of everything but we needed no more. The restaurant we visited the second evening at their recommendation was excellent. We had a friendly reception at the winery. There is wardrobe hanging space, a TV which we did not use and the wifi worked well. Our bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Certainly there could be some improvements done to the bathrooms, but the price we paid was inexpensive and we felt happy and warmly welcome throughout our stay. The location was convenient for us as we wished to head north from Santiago and we had had a long series of flights from Perth. We were very satisfied with our stay.

al pie de la cordillera
Reviewed By Ana Mariela Cnos alojamos solo una noche de paso a la Serena . Después de cruzar la cordillera por Mendoza y hacer aduana llegamos a la ciudad de los Andes y ahí no mas esta San Esteban donde habíamos reservado la cabaña . Contaba con las comodidades básicas de alojamiento y ademas tenia wi fi , tv por cable y piscina. Atendido por sus dueños , muy amables y predispuestos.
