Couldn’t give me the room I reserved because they were having new guest the next day in the evening!
Reviewed By 847alejandrarWe reserved a Junior Suite and we went out of of way (literally our way to Verona ) to have a good room. 11:00 PM!! The front desk man said he could not give the room we reserved since a group from Il giro di Italia were going to arrive next evening!!?? What!!?? Aren’t hotels supposed to be able to receive new people the next day? He just insisted family room was the only option we discussed a lot but the attitude was just not right..

Reviewed By Peter OFollowing Trip Adviser comments, we booked a room for one night only. After one hour here, we are glad we did not plan to stay any longer. On arrival, we were advised that our booking was for the "Old Hotel" which did not look too appealing. For Euro 10 extra we could stay in the "New Hotel" which looked much nicer. We then learned that breakfast was not included but would be Euro 10 each extra. We requested a room with a bath. No comment when booking. There is no room with a bath. When we went have a spa, we were advised that we had to book the spa and it was booked for the rest of the day anyway. We thought of a swim in the hotel pool, as displayed in the web site. The pool sadly was cold and needed an good clean. Pool towels were an extra at Euro 3 each. Our room is clean and much like a dormitory room. This hotel is a rip off and should be avoided.

Il personale è molto disponibile e simpatico, le camere sono molto confortevole e pulite. Il ristorante che hanno è ottimo, abbiamo mangiato benissimo. L'unico neo è che non hanno ascensore nell'albergo e non hanno parcheggio privato, ma si puo' parcheggiare davanti la struttura.

When driving up to the house it felt like we have done a great decision booking this one-night stay. Calm place with a friendly and helpful approach from the staff. The pool was big and I give it 10 of 10. High roof in the room and an Italian breakfast that they have spiced up with some extra food to fit our (Swedish) needs. Thank you for an incredible experience.

Comfortable and friendly stay in a peaceful location

The business is very well run by a lovely family who go out of their way to ensure that your stay is enjoyable. The rooms are spotless and well equipped. We ate in the restaurant on two occasions and the food was very good. I would highly recommend their roast duck which is their specialty. They also have their own vineyard and their house wine is also very good. It is worth making a reservation as the restaurant is popular with locals. If you like a more personal stay in a peaceful location with a good on site restaurant then you will enjoy staying here. The restaurant is closed on Sunday but their are other local restaurants 5-10 mins drive away. Also I like a soft pillow so if you are the same then maybe take your own. I would not hesitate booking to stay here again. I made my reservation directly on their website which was easy to use. Also we enjoyed a visit to Soave which is just a 10 minute drive.
