Reviewed By Sue GMy husband booked this hotel for a weekend as a surprise for my birthday. What can I say. From the moment we walked in we were made feel very special. Our room was large and spotlessly clean with a lovely balcony. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The tapas for lunch was excellent and the restaurant created a lovely atmosphere for a quiet evening meal.Lounge areas extremely comfortable to enjoy an after dinner drink. Add to this the absolutely beautiful surroundings and all I can add is that we will be back next year. Thank you everyone at La finca for making our weekend extremely relaxing and enjoyable

Reviewed By AlbertSalichsThe house is very well located, in the entrance of San Bartolomé, a little town in the center of Lanzarote. The bed is comfortable, the bath-room has all you need to stay some days. The terrace is big and it has wonderful views of surroundings. The owner was very friendly: she helped me always I needed and she and her daughter's were very nice. Thank you! :-) On the other hand, the furniture of the room is a little poor. A bigger wardrobe is necessary in the room.

Reviewed By floretfabLe village de san Bartolomé est idealement placé sur l ile. La finca est ravissante. Peinte de neuf, jolie jardin entretenu, bel espace piscine, chauffée. Nous avions l appartement karin (famille de 4), fidèle à la description. Propre. Cette finca a un bon rapport qualité prix. Nous avons passé un agreable sejour. Communication avec les propriétaires efficace.

Pésima experiencia
Reviewed By anrm94Estamos muy decepcionados con nuestra estancia aquí. La primera noche nuestro cuarto no tenía ni toallas ni gel, por lo que tuvimos que esperar al día siguiente a asearnos. El desayuno bastante flojo, de productos de marca hacendado. La última noche, por un error suyo con la reserva nos cambiaron de cuarto, empezó a llover y se nos inundó la habitación. Había goteras en el techo y el suelo estaba lleno de agua de lado a lado, que entraba por ambas puertas del cuarto. Avisamos a la responsable y vino con mucha calma a secar y poner unas alfombras, ni se sorprendió de lo ocurrido y aseguro que eso solía pasar cuando llovía y dijo que "ya parará de llover". Pero tuvimos que pasar la noche en un cuarto húmedo y con goteras. Al día siguiente, no había ni agua ni electricidad, aseguraron que era debido a una avería en la zona, pero llamamos a la policía local y aseguraron que no hubo ninguna avería municipal, y que si no tenían luz era debido al mal estado de su instalación. No pudimos ducharnos, ni asearnos, ni desayunar, pese a haber pagado por una habitación con desayuno. También pedimos la hoja de reclamaciones y no la tenían, lo cual es ilegal. Dijeron que nos la mandarían, pero seguimos esperando. Nos han amenazado con denunciarnos por poner una mala valoración y contar lo que nos ha pasado, pero las buenas valoraciones se ganan dando un buen servicio y no con amenazas ridículas. Además, algunas reseñas que tienen en google son escritas por las personas que gestionan el alojamiento, ya que coinciden los datos.
