Visited Anno Domini twice while we were in San Agustin. First to celebrate Valentines night, and the second for our last night before flying home.
Upmarket restaurant, despite it's location in a shopping mall. Good service, good food, and good wine. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for, and we were quite satisfied. I particularly enjoyed the stroganoff.
Would repeat if we were back in San Agustin.

Café Rokoko is a café with a scandinavian touch. We serve coffee, baguettes, salads, smoothies, cookies & cakes but also beers, wine and champagne. We have free WiFi for our guests and here you can sit down and relax, daytime or in the evening.OPENING HOURS SUMMER 2013; MON-SAT 10-21 SUN closed.
We happened upon this little gem in search of great coffee and we were not disappointed. We ended up also enjoying some absolutely delicious cakes, and though we didn’t eat anything else, it looked fabulous and received only compliments from those surrounding us. The boys give a truly magnificent service and we will absolutely be visiting again when we return to GC later in the year. Mucho amor hombres xx

Our restaurant opens again on the 1st of October 2017. Thank you.
Déjate llevar is a place like no other. Situated in the picturesque village of Tejeda high up in the Mountains, it is an oasis of excellent and original food, as well as rare and delicious wines.
Everything we tried at Déjate llevar during our two visits left us yearning for more, but the top three creations that Fernando and Nikos prepared for us were: (1) the surprising explosion of flavours in the salad which is the restaurant’s special - Déjate llevar; (2) an authentic Greek moussaka which was incredibly creamy and full of flavour; (3) black rice seafood risotto. The menu changes every day, so on a different occasion visitors may be surprised by a new mixture of flavours, and the restaurant is only open for dinner, but is definitely worth visiting for a delicious meal.
In addition to the excellent food, Nikos recommended us fantastic white wines on both of our visits, entertained us with stories and, together with Fernando, created a fantastic atmosphere, where one really feels welcome and like part of the family.
This is a place for 5*+!

We are a tapas restaurant bar ideally located within the heart of the Yumbo Centre in Playa del Inglés (Gran Canaria) and aim to offer an imaginative mix of quality Spanish and international tapas and a balanced selection of Spanish wines at competitive prices. We look forward to seeing you!
Came here on our last holiday having been sent on a recommendation and booked twice for this holiday. Tucked away amongst large restaurants this small tapas restaurant is once again high in service with some great tapas dishes and specials daily. A definite visit if in the area but booking is wise. Keep up the good work !!

Buddies in the Yumbo Centre is one of the longest established businesses in Playa del Ingles. We open from 10:00 in the morning for food and drinks and serve British and international meals and pizzas all day until 22:00h. Our friendly bar is open until 02:30h with a good selection of wine and spirits, regular special drink offers for cocktails and beers. Buddies was awarded Best Day Venue by GLAY, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015 as well as best restaurant 2014. Our staff have also received various awards from GLAY over the past five years for their service and friendliness.
Ate the Gaelic breakfast here yesterday and although the food here is nice, it’s the staff that make the establishment what it is! The lady who served us is from just outside Dundee in Scotland and we had banter with her, she was a really...MoreThank you so much, it was a pleasure meeting you. Hope to see you again soon. (Erica)

Went here through tripadvisor and I read that is was hard to find, but no one mentioned where it was then, so here you go: its on the lowest floor, close to Piccola Italia. It was worth the search. Great icecream, delicious crepes and fine...Morethank you!

This pastry shop has a wonderful selection of pastries and items for filling up your bag. Take the time to browse. Favorite for me was the slivered almonds rolled in chocolate. Know some basic Spanish, our visit had no English speakers. There are no labels indicating what there is on the shelves. A lot of pointing and smiling, the end result pure deliciousness. The view from the shop is breathtaking.

Saturday lunchtime visit with partner and family friend who lives locally and made the recommendation.
Partner had steak in a peppercorn sauce cooked exactly to her preference, friend had fish on skewers, again perfect whilst I had days special of monkfish perfect.
Snr Antonio was an attentive and a good host.
We were a little late, a Scandanavian party came after us but there was no rush to meet the afternoon closing time.

A restaurant with a modern Mediterranean cuisine, changing menu every seasons. Unfortunately NOT adapted to Young kids or families with strollers. Located in the right side of Yumbo center (above La Bulle bar or Under Esprit boutique)
Fantastic service and dishes created with an extra effort. The food has often
a twist, like the beef cheeks that has been baked for hours. Some might find the menu rustic but the quality overall very high and not what you might expect at jumbo center.
The restaurant decor is simple and clean. A must go-place if you are a foodie!

The first Ethiopian restaurant of all the Canary Islands. Spicy, exotic, with a lot of vegan options. The only restaurant on GC with Inedit draft beer. Something different on Gran Canaria.
The styling of the restaurant, the helpful guide to how to eat the food (with your fingers using the flat bread to pick things up) and the quirky washing of your hands at the table all helped to give a unique feel to this restaurant.
The staff were genuine and helpful guiding us on the spiciness of the dishes.
We had the sharing platter of starters and were not disappointed, it was a great way to try all the tasty pasty like delicacies. Unfortunately the goat was unavailable but the chicken dish and beef stew were delicious. Both were VERY generous portions being served with some salad, vegetables and lentils. Unfortunately after all the lovely food there was no room to try the Deserts which sounded great.
