The hotel was very far away from de beach and the installations weren’t very good, the food wasn’t good, the pool was ugly and some rooms doesn’t have ventilation and windows and you can’t manage the air-conditioner like you want because you don’t have the remote control.

Ubicado en el sector de Sarie Bay, a 10 minutos del centro de San Andrés y del aeropuerto. El hotel cuenta con una espectacular vista al mar de los 7 colores
I booked this hotel based on the comments below and I am so glad we booked it just for 1 night before going to Providencia. We arrived about 10:30 pm and they had a party in the social area which is really close to the rooms. The lady mentioned they will finish the party at 11 pm (it did not finish at that time). The room that we got was right on the main road, the aircon was not working properly so the room was really hot, you also can hear everything that's happening on the streets, rubbish truck at 2 am, the party down stairs, people coming after partying at 5 am and finally they were doing some construction that started at 7 am and it felt like the people where inside the room screaming. In addition, the lady at the reception told us wi-fi was for 5 days and cost $20.000 COP, we needed it so I asked for the password and would pay that price: she said the page was down and she could only give it to me the next day (the day that we were leaving). For $300.000 per night I expect something better than this. The place is rundown and not very inviting. I don't recommend staying here.

One of the greatest hotels I went to in my life, it has a great reception, employees, room service, and restaurant. It has spacious rooms with an amazing view to the ocean and it has its own private pool that is cleaned daily. I would recommend you stay in it when you visit Alexandria.

But don't worry, you'll have free access to the 3 pools at Hotel Sol Caribe Campo! We will take you every day in the morning and return in the afternoon
We had an excellent time here in Sol Caribe Centro, the accommodation was good, a big space for us 2, and the resting was on par for all the walking and activities we did around the day. We traveled various days to Solcaribe Playa, to take the sun and to do a couple of tours/site seeing activities. We had to take the bus (public transport) to get to various places around the island, but we had no trouble asking for any direction, and really don't mind taking the bus to get somewhere, so it was Ok for us. In the morning before leaving to other places, or in the night, the entertainment staff were doing activities, in the morning some dancing/exercising and in the night some entertaining shows, We had a god laugh on all the activities, the staff was really friendly and good sports, if you are available to participate, do so and meet some great people from the staff (Nichy, Nicolet, Jean Clovis, and Rosenberg) and on all the following days you will keep laughing and having a great time.

Extremely happy choosing this hotel. Great and convenient location out the noise and crowded noisy area. The super PLUS !!! Delicious food like homemade taste, like mom cooking for you. Super clean. Not the super furniture but pretty good, beds comfortable. Wifi is too slow and only available at the lobby. But keep in mind that is in the middle of the Caribbean Sea. All the staff very helpful and friendly.

Wifi barely works & you can only access in the restaurant. Rooms aren’t cleaned well & even if you have a do not disturb sign they come into your room. The safes don’t worked either. Do not book your stay here. El Wi-Fi casi no trabaja y solamente lo pueden usar en el restaurante y de si pones que no entren al cuarto todavía entran. La caja fuerte tampoco trabajo no se queden acá!

I went right after covid so I think I got the nice view because there was noone in this hotel. Also bought all inclusive. The food and the service for the food was awful. They have a bar open until ten pm but you have to walk into their kitchen to get anyone to get you a drink. There's no menu for dinner they just tell you what they have and you have to choose, I'm writing this on day two and it's literally the same menu for lunch and dinner. The food is so bad my dog wouldn't eat it. There's no hot water in the shower. The pools are nice but they have no bar or anyone working the pools, also they have like three chairs for their two pools. So far it's pretty bad but I do have a nice view. I'm accustomed to better for this price which is why I'm being so harsh.

I went there last year to celebrate my girfriend's birthday. They trated us extremely well, taaking care of every whim and request my girfriend requested. Our room had a living room and sleeping quarters on the first floor, right infront of the hallway leading to the pool. As with all all inclusive hotels, the food was amazing. You can easily overeat since the food is so well prepared and delicious. this hotel, as part of the Decameron chain allows you to go to any of the other 6 hotels and enjoy their facilities. The beach in front of the Isleño, for example has the best beach in the island, so while we enjoyed the water and the hot sun, we got towels and drinks at will since we were staying at one of their properties. Nice touch. In fact, since we were there to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday, the Maryland's restaurant manager had the bakery at the Isleño bake her a huge birthday cake to celebrate. All part of the all inclusive package. Can't make that stuff up. She was on cloud nine thanks to the fabulous service of the hotel staff. Definitely have to do this again.

Fantastic panorama view - and nothing else! I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Not at all. - Maintenance was very poor. - Doors and windows could hardly open and close - Air con was dripping with water - TV had only 4 channels, and bad quality. - No WiFi. There was WiFi in the reception, but they didn’t have the password..... - Worst of all.... no one had told the cleaning personnel how to clean. Doors, panels, windows, ceilings, air con system and almost everything else was so dirty, nasty and greasy that no one can imagine. Even in the restaurant the doors was extremely dirty. - We had breakfast and dinner included. The food was OK, but only a few things to choose. It was served like when I was in the army. - The hotel misses responsible leadership, service and proud employees to make the holiday fantastic for the customers. - I can continue, but I won’t. Hopefully my experience will make people choose another hotel. If I had met the hotel in the middle of Africa, I would not be surprised, but in one of the most beautiful islands in the Caribbean Sea - yes, I was badly surprised....
