We had a cosy stay. Price is not the cheapest if you compare to other parts of Georgia, but for Zugdidi, it has good proximity to everything. You don’t get many accommodation options in Zugdidi. Host Tika is super nice! Clean beds and bathroom!

I highly recommend this beautiful place. We stayed there with a group of friends for a couple of days. Cosy rooms, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, inviting lounging area, cosy garden for outdoor dinning. Everything is very nice and clean. Great quality WiFi. The food was great! The host was very friendly and helpful, his hospitality exceeded all our expectations. He made us feel like we were staying at a friends rather than just a guest house and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a happy and memorable one. We were very happy with our stay!

I want to tell to the host that if you are willing to have tourism in your country you should: 1) Speak a more fluent English, explaining what is included in your rates and what not (the host's sister didn't tell us any information about and we never had any interest in having a free breakfast), otherwise misunderstanding are possible! The host's sister was only interested in having a chat with German people because she speaks German. 2) Have facilities that work better, as you get money for your services, money which is earned with as hard work as yours (we paid for a room with private bathroom and we never had hot water, sometimes we had no water at all! One of us had to go to bed without showering after a long hiking day) 3) Not offend your customers, as complaints may be the unpleasant part of your job (that is life). Photos show how is inappropriate the reaction of the host after my feedback on our staying.

Click bait or true review? It's true! I stayed here in June of 2019 as I began a trip along the Svaneti Trail. I had planned on staying here for just one day but I ended up staying more because it was so quiet and peaceful and I was enjoying rest like i've never enjoyed before (despite being just one block away from the town center). The room is clean and comfortable and smells like fresh cut wood. It's large and has a nice bathroom and immediately felt like HOME. After a long flight from NY with some stops in a few European cities, I took a few days to just nourish myself, rest, acclimate and hike up a surrounding mountain. Doing so proved very important later on. When I left Mestia, I mistakenly left with a full backpack. The hike heading out of Mestia can be grueling with a heavy load. I realized later on that most folks leave their things in Mestia and hike along the Svaneti trail with just a change of clothing and money. What kept me going? Irina's food! The breakfasts here are truly remarkable. I will freely admit that Georgian food is some of the best cuisine and some of the healthiest food I have ever eaten. Irina doesn't try to wow you with truffles and delicate french dishes. Here, you'll enjoy delicious but simultaneously healthy, natural meals. Huge pieces of bread, cheese, omelettes, fruits, yogurt, milk, tea, coffee, cake X 2. I climbed a mountain and my body needed nourishment and the food is delicious but I still couldn't eat everything that was provided. In addition to that, on the morning that I was leaving, I enjoyed the type of meal - had it been my last meal - I would have left with a smile. Irina was so nice that she even offered me a tupperware container because I really really wanted to bring a piece of cake and eggs and cherries on my hike but I hadn't brought anything to carry it in. This really meant a lot to me as a human gesture of kindness. Later on in my hike, I ate those hard boiled eggs while looking out at the type of natural beauty i've never seen and will never see in America. I will ACTUALLY remember the egg stamped with a date in purple lettering because it will ALWAYS be one of the best moments of my life. That's all thanks to Irina's Guest House.

The rooms are simple and clean, the beds comfortable and fresh. The bathrooms are modern clean and well kept. There is a common kitchen that guests can use which is great. wifi is available and is reliable. The host cares and personally takes time for his guests. In this area water and electricity isn't always assured. This place is heaven and reasonably priced.
