Runway 26 - is the cafe and bar at City Airport (Barton), and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere of this historic and busy airport, which was opened on 29th January 1930 as Manchester Airport, the UK's first municipal airfield licensed
This bar/restaurant at Barton City Airport is very good. It's popular with pilots, airfield staff and the general public. Great choice of good value meals and snacks freshly prepared and served by friendly staff. Clean toilets, large car park and outside seating area for those warm and sunny days when you can sit outside and watch the aircraft come and go.

Myself and my cousin visited this restaurant yesterday evening (21st Feb around 10 to 7pm). My cousin approached the bartender behind the bar and asked if we could sit anywhere to which she replied "We have stopped serving food because the chef is upstairs having a meeting". This is a weekday during half term which I would not expect a restaurant to completely stop serving food especially at peak dinner time. We then left the restaurant and took our custom elsewhere to a nearby burger restaurant which was amazing. This interfered with our plans and it would definitely put me off returning to Why Not ?, especially when there are restaurants nearby that are serving delicious food.

Nice cafe, lovely staff decent snack menu and food good.Only disappointment really is the coffee of an order Americano was a filter coffee tasting of largely hot water. I wanted a fresh machine âproper coffeeâ not the convenient to the establishment coffee.Sandwiches delivered with small salad but no cutlery offered (young lady didnât think) had to go back and ask.More training required. Would come again though. I donât mean to be to fussy, basics really.

We were staying in the city centre but wanted to have breakfast at the Trafford Centre. Spotting this cafe on trip advisor and decided to give it a try. Lovely friendly staff, very tasty breakfast - the sausages were the best weâve tasted for a while. The option of hot milk with our coffee was also a winner for me. We will be paying another visit next time we visit Manchester

Cosy tea room with the friendliest staff! Best afternoon tea I've eaten and excellent value for money, with scones and cakes to die for! Would recommend to everyone!

Great little cafe and lovely staff. Loads of healthy options including a slimming world special....which if it is syn free...was excellent. Not a critism hence the 5 stars but the coffee, hmm you have Salford Roasters on your doorstep, get them in, much tastier. Overall it's excellent and I recommend it wholeheartedly.Hi michelinadviser, thank you so much for taking the time to leave us your kind review. We're really pleased you enjoyed your experience with us. The Slimming World Special certainly is syn free and it's a very popular dish. One of our favourites. We're glad you enjoyed it. Thanks too for the coffee recommendation. It's always helpful to know what flavours our customers prefer. Thanks again, The Bexters Team x

Bambino is a unique, family-run Kindercafe in the suburbs of Salford & Manchester. We offer speciality coffee & tea, Superhero Hot Chocolates, Superhero milkshakes and a selection of cold drinks. We offer breakfast, lunch, snacks, artisan cakes and even A
I was seriously impressed with this local cafe, which offers a range of fun classes for young children and toddlers! From the minute you step into this family-owned business, it's clear how much love and hard work has gone into every tiny detail. From the branding, to the colour scheme, to the hand picked cakes and amazing coffee (no seriously, this isn't like the food in your average kids cafe!) they have thought of everything. Even down to the babywipes on each table! It makes parents feel comfortable, a place where they can connect and relax while the little ones burn off some energy! In terms of the food, the choice available feels like a little piece of the Northern Quarter or Soho, but in Boothstown. I had the avocado on toast which was amazing and was happy to see them offering the most delicious vegan cakes too!Love it!
