Amazing food and wine!! We have been there several times and it never gets old. With their authentic flavours and combinations, they never seize to amaze. And to top it off, they have imported Italian wine which is incredible. Not easy to find a really good bottle of wine and a decent price. And the cherry on top, the owner and people that work there!Grazie mille Mrs_dom_lickerWe work our heart off to keep above mass produced/industrial/commercial production so thanks for spotting this, especially with wines... it's extremely rewarding.Hope to see you guys again soon!Big hug!Beppe and staff

What a fantastic experience. From the moment we walked in all staff were extremely accommodating. The restaurant was full but they squeezed us in after a short wait. The owner/manager, waitress and barman were brilliant and it felt like we had known them our whole life. The food was fantastic and it was a great price. We have just moved to Irlam and will definitely be going back. In walking distance which means we can both walk as well which is a bonus. Thanks everyone for a great experience and hopefully see you again soon.

San Giovanni's Italian Restaurant brings together authentic Italian cuisine and a beautiful setting with a great atmosphere and service to match. Our menu offers a vast array of traditional and contemporary dishes, reflecting the colourful flavours and pl
This fabulous restaurant has an upstairs function room which is perfect for a smallish wedding. The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly throughout, and the food was of an unbelievably high standard. The management couldn`t do enough to help, with free access before and after the wedding to help set up. Highly recommended. We have also eaten here in the normal restaurant and the food is consistently tasty. Thanks everyone.

Manchester's Best Italian Restaurant! Award-winning restaurant Leos is the finest Italian in Manchester, Weâve proudly been serving fresh, high-quality authentic Italian meals to the people of Manchester for over 30 years. Special Offers We offer early bi
Leo's was always one of my favourite no-fuss ristorantes and while they used real Italian waiters and old Leo was still alive it was popular, a good reputation and great food. Sadly, it appears to have been taken over by I believe a Turkish group/owner and the Italian staff have left. No Italian efficiency, no properly cooked Italian food. Instead, we have a mockery of Italian dishes served by a disconcerted staff of a variety of races. The standard of meals has dropped, the waiters flock around females within a group and the service standards are appalling. I went to view this ristorante after listening to my daughter criticise this and everything she claimed was awful really was awful. The mixed hardness of pasta on the plate, tasteless sauces poor service, erroneous orders and added drinks to bills are now synonymous with this place. , Steer clear.

We visited Due Amici twice in the last month for family meals and on both occasions enjoyed a wonderful dining experience... The menu is varied and offers everything you could wish from an Italian ie varied starters & garlic/tomato breads, pastas, pizzas, steaks & other meat dishes, fish dishes, and tasty desserts... The wine menu is also brilliant, plus there is also a cocktail menu... food & drinks prices are what you would expect for the top Italian restaurant in the area... The staff are welcoming & friendly and waiters/waitresses outstanding & attentive... amazing service... plus the restaurant has plenty of seating to cater for both couples and large parties... The food & service are what makes this place so popular... we highly recommend Due Amici to all and will be back!

Arrived and taken to table for 730. Didn't leave until well after 10. Some time before we ordered. We ordered some water which we had to request 3 times before they brought it. About 45 minutes before half the starters arrived. Only a table of 4. They were finished and we wait until 15 minutes for the other half. They appeared to be much more concerned with relaying tables to get more people in. I explained to them that they kept forgetting us and other tables were coming and leaving before we were getting anyone appear at the table. Half an hour later they asked if we wanted our main course. Of course! They eventually cleared the table. Stupidly we went for desserts. Of course we had to wait for cutlery. Apparently there's a shortage as 2 of us were given soup spoons. We dared not go for coffee as I worried we may never leave and I have work Monday. Wise choice. Waited ages to pay. Ridiculously watched the table next to us arrive while we ate starter and they finished and left before our dessert. Told them again service was slow. They said short staffed.Won't go here again. Food was very good but experience and service were appalling. They ignored us frequently despite us reminding them several times, weren't rude but no friendliness. Too loud could barely hear own conversation. Constant happy birthday music was vulgar. Men taking their tops off inappropriate and offensive. My belief is they're trying to get as many customers as possible at the expense of service. None of us enjoyed the experience none of us wants to return.

Really Good customer service except then it came to the optional services charge (tip) when we were told twice we had paid £22 to little on a £300 bill. We had tipped but just not as high as the optional (per text on the bill) service charge on this occasion. The lasagne was dryish- did not come with any simple tomato sauce that would have made a difference. The lamb shank was fatty with little meat. Were didn't feel rushed and the setting was nice. Overall, unlikely to return as much othervchoice in the Trafford centre.Hi Adrianp833, we really appreciate your honest feedback,as we are always looking for ways to improve.Happy to hear you received good customer service. Thanks for your feedback on the Lamb Shank and Lasagne dishes with which I will pass on your comments to the kitchen team.We do add an 'optional service charge' of 12.5% to tables of 8 people or more as stated on the bill but just to re-iterate this can be removed at your discretion. I think there may have been some miscommunication of this and as a result it may have tarnished your overall dining experience with us and for this I apologise. We endeavour to offer terrific customer service and strive to make every guest that enters our restaurant to be as comfortable as possible. I do hope that you choose to dine with us again in the future and that this experience does not put you off from visiting us again. Thanks again for your feedback.Kind Regards.Carluccio's Trafford Centre

Traditional italian restaurant
Went here last night for the first time. Food was excellent, really tasty and staff were nice, friend and attentive without mithering. Towards the end of our meal the chef came out and had a chat with every table which was a nice touch. He even organised a dessert and they all sang Happy Birthday to my niece(who was 39 ). Would definitely recommend trying this place as I could not fault anything. In the terms of Arnie "I'll be back"

We (2 couples) visited again after a few months and have to say this place sustains and consistently delivers great food at great prices through great service. We sipped an Aperol Spritz on the roof terrace In the sun before heading to our table.I had mussels for starters and swordfish for mains. Both dishes were from the specials board and were delicious. We will be back and, as ever, highly recommend this restaurant.

Have passed the Lugana several times and never really thought about going in as from the outside it's not very imposing. Finally succumbed and are glad we did. We both ordered their Italian style fillet steaks and they were fabulous. Good choice of wine and lagers too. The staff were very helpful and always ready to help. Will come again for sure.Thank you very much for your lovely review and the kind words,, I really appreciate them. I am glad that you decided to give us a try and that you enjoyed our steaks . I look forward to welcoming you soon again. Best regards. Marco
