It was called Vladimirovka (Влади́мировка) from 1882 to 1905, then Toyohara (Japanese: 豊原市, Hepburn: Toyohara-shi)) from 1905 to 1946. Been here couple of times at the lunch time, the restaurant is located near our office. Pleasant and accommodating personnel, tidy and clean place.Pizza, pasta, sushi, salads... Portions are big enough, delicious. Exists delivery and take away.Business lunch time from 11 to 15. You can chose three meals of Korean/Japanese and common European food. Business lunch costs 300 RUB, it's pretty inexpensive. I would recommend this place to my friends and definitely come back again.

I like this restaurant. It is on the 4th floor of the City Mall. They have both Russian and English menus. There is a good selection of food. They have good salads and pizza. They also have a good assortment of tea and drinks. I have been here a few times and have always enjoyed my meal.

I have been here twice and the food is pretty good. Do not expect a top class meal but it is of good quality and tasty. Prices are acceptable. The staff does not speak English but they have a menu in English. Service is pleasant and swift. The restaurant is based in a basement, so no windows to the outside. During both my visits there was live music. Nice but not if you go there for a business dinner.

I had my lunch here several times in March 2019. My wife took me to here. It is a good buffet. Food quality is perfect! Choice of two soups, 2-3 sides, 2-3 main dishes, 2-3 desserts, 2 types of bread, 2-3 drinks.Price is 450 rubles per person.The only thing I would like to underline - most likely, the price cannot be affordable for daily visits for most of people living in the town.

I have been in this restaurant many times, and truly believe that this is the best place for fine dining in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. The atmosphere is pretty private and romantic there, waiters are attentive and always make good and fair recommendations, food is just great. They have their own farm and I think their own suppliers of seafood, so food there is always very fresh. At the same time, they have a fairly large menu, and they apply very creative approach to many dishes, that they also describe in the menu in a very creative way. Seafood is just great, local meats are great, a lot of salads are simply art, and desserts that they make are probably one of the best I have had anywhere.
