"Furai" is a type of popular local food.Vegetables and meat are mixed with flour and water and baked on a hot plate.Each store has its unique sauce and method of making of "Furai".When you want to eat spicy stuff, I recommend "Kimuchi Furai".When you want to eat greasy stuff, I recommend "Okaka Mayo Furai"."Okaka" is a dried bonito, and "Mayo" is mayonnaise.
