I've been here a couple of times now, and this place doesn't disappoint. It's quasi-kaiten sushi: kitchen dishes like edamame and fried chicken circle on a conveyor belt, but when you type in an order, you are handed it directly by one of the sushi chefs. Pics on the menu make it very easy for foreigners to order, and there's an option to have your dishes made without wasabi.This place is rather more expensive than competitors like Sushiro, but absolutely worth it. The pieces of sushi you get in each order are far larger, and the fish is very fresh. Everything is made meticulously - even things like the sushi rice, nori, and home-recipe soy are a cut above. More specialty items are particularly good - I'm picky about tuna, and I think the chu-toro is amazing; they have local special salmon for a slight price bump that is SO worth it, and food companions who like uni and tobiko tell me they're fantastic. Can you get better sushi in Tokyo? Of course. Better in Wako? I doubt it.
