We dropped in for a casual dinner and we weren't disappointed. The menu is large and eclectic. Order the chicken wings (boneless) and choose from a bunch of really good dipping sauces. Cautionary note - this place could get really rowdy depending on the sporting event being shown on the multitude of TVs. But if that is your thing, you will have a great time.

We go through St Peter often, as we drive from the Twin Cities to Sioux Falls, SD. One of our 'have to' stops along the way is the River Rock Coffee house. Their bakery items are very tasty, but what keeps me coming back is their cardamom latte (with almond, soy or oat (yes, oat) milk). What a treat! Their other drinks are good too, their staff is always friendly and to take out or dine in, it's a cozy and welcoming place that's easy to get to, and you don't want to miss it.

We visit El Agave often with family members. The food is wonderful, authentic Mexican with lots of choices. The atmosphere is fun, bright and inviting. Staff is warm and friendly. We were able to get seated quickly even without reservations, but I believe you can get reservations ahead especially for larger groups.

We had our grooms dinner here in a private room with about 35 people in attendance, and everyone was impressed. The service was fantastic. Everyone loved the food, especially the chips and guacamole. The day after our daughters wedding, we had breakfast here again, and the food was very good. We will definitely be dining here again. Thank-you to everyone that helped us along our journey.

My family loves the Nicollet Cafe for breakfast - it is our go-to place in St Peter. Solid, diner-style food and a nice touch with quality and portions as well.
Not fancy. Good service, though. Just right for sitting down with a family and enjoying a good breakfast. Prices are good. We have yet to try lunch.

Everything they make at China Town is great. They will make their dishes spicy or not, you just need to tell them what you want. It's a teeny place with only a few tables- we usually just get take-out. It's always ready 15 minutes after we call. Portions are very generous- we usually each get a dish, but it's big enough that 2 people could easily share a dish.

Best home made potato salad and soups in town! and affordable to moderate pricing (comparable in cost to any where else in town). Mondays: 50% off specials for VETERANS - the most 'specials' of them all. Nice to see a local business give homage to Vets when few others acknowledge as much these days. Outdoor entertainment and dining on a very casual outdoor deck, weather appropriate. My family always enjoys dropping in here at Hobber's when they come from out of state. It seems like family and a home away from home. Of course, the family to whom I refer includes a First Special Forces Airborne. (GB all the way!) Also, can just as easily be categorized as a biker bar--a casual place to kickback, hangout and restore while on the road. Laid back fun!

We were traveling from Minneapolis airport to Mankato and we wanted a quick lunch. The driver, a Mankato resident, suggested Erbert & Gerbert's as a better alternative to fast food. Boy was she right. At 11:45 the service was quick, the sandwiches were excellent with a lot a fresh meat, and it was a great value.

Casual dining atmosphere, great service, fantastic burgers, live music on weekends!!! Unique historic building right in downtown St. Peter, Minnesota, walk to all of the neat little shops!
Pleasant and friendly service. HUGE (and very good) hamburger to share. No split order charge which we appreciate. Basket of two appetizers. A bit over cooked onion rings and rings and mushrooms were more breaded than we like, but good enough to enjoy. With a restaurants.com voucher it was a reasonable lunch for two.

We stopped here when traveling home for a quick supper. The staff was friendly and our order was correct (roast beef meal and shake). The sandwich and fries were hot. Plenty of Arbys sauce was provided after request. The chocolate shake was fantastic. Prices reasonable. Satisfied.
