I remember this place being a great spot for light food and great drinks...about 10 years ago. Geees....wth happened? The place is totally run down; don't even think of using the nasty bathroom, and stick with beer and wine for drinks because the cocktails are nothing but cheap liquor and cheap mix. The 'coconut' shrimp has never been anywhere near a coconut, not even oil by the taste of it. And the fishcakes were nothing but deepfried dough. There was one harried waitress on staff during lunch. The only positive here is the lovely location and view. Sad...

On the southern end of Brandons/Brighton Beach. Well located. Good atmosphere. Opening hours sporadic. Food and prices ok. Radio/music often played to loud.
Some reviews....wow...some reviewers are quite humorous. Do your research before frequenting a location. No, this is not the Four Seasons. If you thought this was the Four Seasons, this is your fault :) This is a beach bar, and one with a lot of nostalgia. Let me set the costs straight as there appears to be some blatantly incorrect reviews. For Barbados, this is a cheap bar. Beers run about $2.50 USD, mixed drinks about $7. Food is bar food and quite good and reasonable. The Jerk Chicken sandwich is incredible. Great sauce and rub on the chicken. Get the rice with it. It's wonderful. Yes, the building itself is a bit worn and ragged in spots, but that's part of the charm of a nice beach bar. Let's not take ourselves too seriously! In regards to some of the complaints on crime, I didn't see anything all day when I was there that put up a red flag. There could be crime anywhere, so relax and enjoy yourself. Staff was friendly, but on "island time"...which is fine. That's where you are! Just be warned that other than Weisers, there isn't much else available on the Brandens and Brighton strips of beach in terms of beach Bars. There's a few others, but this one is the best.

We rang first to check what food they still had as we planned to pick up and take out after a day at Browns beach. We took some vegetable chow mien, chicken stew, breadfruit cou cou, snapper, sweet potato wedges and burgers and chips for the kids. After a bit of a wait and a drink at the bar we got it all home and the food was excellent. Definitely a place worth a visit if you are looking for some Bajan cuisine and in town.

Came across it by accident when on Worthing beach as others were closed and a great find, great welcome from the hostess and equal service. This is is beach bar which does great food at reasonable prices, sharing platter and salads are good. Holiday makers and locals all use the bar and I donât think it is a late night venue.

La Cabane - with uninterrupted access to blue Caribbean Sea, is a beach bar haven. Clement and Papa Jules are designing this concept to offer guests a unique experience in the Caribbean where great memories are made. A place to relax all day, from early a
Dropped in to El Cabane after snorkelling nearby. The setting is right on the beach, walk up to the bar, sand virtually all the way. Cool swings at the bar, casual tables, and chairs with cushions dotted around beneath shady trees. A few deckchairs, loungers and a hammock make it a ralaxed place for refreshments at any time. Menu is simple but good and fresh. I had a lovely mango salad $35 Barbados, and the quinoa salad was also good though a light portion. They don't stay open too late but would be a great place for sunset with cocktails and a simple early supper.

Uniquely themed pop-culture bar and eatery, catering to fans of affordable dining, great nightlife and exceptional entertainment.
I went to Aeon Bar with a friend to celebrate a birthday. The music was good. That is where good things ended. The waitress took a while to even notice us even though we were seated at the bar and then after taking our drink order, she took close to 20 minutes to bring our drinks. Remember we were at the bar so they had to see us. She would start to make them then leave to take beers for a table, come back and add another ingredient then make drinks for other customers. We sat there dumbfounded. The manager came out of the back and when we told him, he just shrugged his shoulders and said 'It's Friday' and did nothing. When the fishcakes came they were hot and crispy but devoid of fish or taste. The entire experience left a bad taste in my mouth, pun intended. I will not be back.

We arrived when they were winding down for the night and not many options available, but they were happy to make us up a couple of plates. Delicious food, good drinks, good value. Would have loved to try again for lunch, but we ran out of time.

The best local sports bar on the island seven screens for you to watch all your sports events in hd great local food great beer prices 4 banks beer for 5 us dollars. fantastic atmosphere. We open for all EPL GAMES NO MATTER WHAT TIMES THEY START!
Went to find Wendyâs so my husband could watch the champions league match the day after. Thankfully someone heard us on the bus where we wanted to go and told us where to get off which was great. As I had read previous reviews itâs not in the tourist area so keep with it if walking. Got there and we had a couple of banks beers and tried the lunch. It was very good, our first experience of true local food (arrived two days before) amazing and busy with locals. Unfortunately we never made it back for the football as it was just to hot on the day for me to get bus etc but when we are back in barbados we will def go back.
