I will NEVER go back especially to the one on Cass. I went there earlier last month and they have messed up twice.-First, I look in my container and they give me a regular polish. They must of thought I wasnât going to look at my order because I went thru the drive-thru.-After bringing it to her attention, she apologized and gives me my correct order but I did not look in my container since I figured she got it right. I had pulled off by then when I decided to look in my container. They gave me a FOOT LONG on a regular hot dog bun. So, Iâve have 1/2 of my foot long with NO BUN. I didnât bother to circle back since cars were behind me and it was crowded on the inside. This is the second time I have orderd the FOOT LONG and was a half a FOOT SHORT. Don't bother with the sides, save your calories for someplace more tasty!
I'm a lifelong GATES BBQ fan but I've found a place that rivals by beloved Fares. qUe City BBQ. has delicious pulled chicken and THE BEST POTATO salad! I didn't care much for the cobbler (too much nutmeg) but the rest of my meal was MOST EXCELLENT and reasonably priced. I encourage you to stop by Que City BBQ and try their pulled chicken and THE POTATO SALAD!

We had the chicken dinner. This is not the best or worst chicken, just dry, especially around the edges. They have six sauces, three or four of which are good. With all the BBQ places in tis town, perhaps there is one a tad better, as after all this is St. Louis! Service was excellent. Plenty of chicken. It is just average or below.

The reviews got us in the door, the great food and speedy service have us wanting to return! Deviled eggs with bacon and toasted ravioli were a hit. St Louis ribs were tasty and the mac n cheese worth every calorie! Easily a shareable meal when you pair it with appetizers. Definitely a hotspot in the University area however the clientele was a mixture of everyone! Students, families, couples, you name it. Parking is limited.

Like several other reviewers, stumbled upon Bandanas while staying at hotel next door due to a cancelled flight. Service prompt and friendly. Decided upon the pork and beef combo and they were both equally excellent. The selection of sauces available included something for everyone. Manager stopped by to check on things. For dessert, the in house baked cherry pie was served warm and al amode; it was a delicious ending to the most memorable meal I had in four weeks of travel. If I ever return to the Saint Louis area, I will definitely return to Bandanas,.
My local Uber driver recommended Redâs as one of her favorites (thanks, Dominique!) so we stopped here on the way to the very nearby airport for some proper âcue. We shared the combo (tips, wings and baked beans) and added a half rack of ribs (6 bones) and another side of potato salad, to try more. We wanted to try the turkey as well but it was sold out by the time we got there (2:30). This was enough for 4-5 good eaters and way more than the 2 of us could finish. Theyâre open every other day with a huge pit in the back manned by a couple of super nice guys who said to âcome back with all your friends!â Iâve been to Pappyâs downtown, as well, which is good but I really liked this food and being a bit off the beaten path. The area is completely safe and the place (and restroom) was impeccably clean and bright. The potato salad was the best Iâve had and was the perfect complement to the spicy smoky sauce-laden meats. The beans were very sweet. The meats were all great (served with several thick-cut slices of white bread). Pack a wet nap, donât wear droopy sleeves and come hungry!
