Kirkwood, Missouri is a unique town with many unique shops and restaurants. We had the opportunity to try one today. Their special Greek burger was fabulous and their chicken salad sandwich on cranberry bread was delicious. Friendly service and the cozy place inside. This chain has high end (and priced) steak as main attraction, but some other entrée options. all very good, with decent wine selections. This place is located near a high end shopping area in an area of town where houses are pricey, else not near things that visitors come to St. Louis for. About a 15 minute drive from downtown. A few blocks south of I-64.

We went for lunch with 8 people. The server was nice, but didn't offer bread until we asked. The food came out and sat on trays for several minutes before serving. One person didn't get their order for an additional 7 minutes. My salad with tuna had such a terrible cut of fish I couldn't cut off the meat from the fat. I have never been served such a poor grade of fish.

We started in the bar area during HH with Jimmy making us feel special and welcome and then finished our visit when the other couple showed up around 6 in the main dining area with Lesley L, who carried on where Jimmy left off. We love that about CH along with their many great food offerings and wines. Keep up the good work. We'll be back.
