This gem is an excellent Italian restaurant with a terrific Italian chef creating wonderful Italian dishes with a nod to the fresh local ingredients of Montego Bay. The Lasagne Verdi Alla Bolognese is out of this world - Traditional green lasagna, Bolognese, Beschiamele and Parmigiana Reggiano perfectly blended. The Scialatelli con Capensante - fresh homemade pasta blended with scallops, prawns and zucchini was another taste sensation. We returned for dinner the following evening and each and every item was a treat. This restaurant is located at the Half Moon resort and it is worth a special trip. Bravo and thank you Il Giardino.

We stayed at Hilton Rose Hall and my favourite a la carte restaurant for dinner was Luna Di Mare. The seafood pasta was so good that I ordered it again when we went back to the restaurant a second time. It was the only a la carte restaurant we went back to a second time for dinner.

I recently went to Lucca Italian Restaurant, the home feeling is in every corner of the place and the staff is just super friendly but dont forget the amazing food, WOW, the pizza and the pasta are a highlight, also you should ask for an apperitive, the best around town!

The eggplant flan is surpassed only by the vegetable terrine. Amazing that thinly sliced vegetables stuffed with ricotta and spinach can be soooo incredible. The pork cotellata is amazing. The chicken breast with whiskey cream sauce is so fabulous but I would have ordered a small side of pasta so the sauce was not wasted! I am not a big coffee fan or a huge chocolate person but the combination of the chocolate mousse and cappocino mousse is to die for. The food is only surpassed by the staff. Ugo, we will be back....and soon!
