Nirvana trio cabin had two twin and one double bedroom and kitchen/diner/living room with comfy seating for four or five and dining table for six. The site is very pleasant with plenty of trees in among the cabins and sufficient space between them not to feel too crowded. 10 minute walk to centre of village with bakery and supermarket, 10 minute drive to Saint Gilles Croix de Vie with supermarkets and excellent market on saturday morning

Located in the heart of the city and shops, close to the fishing port and marina, just two minutes from the train station, the hotel Le Ceitya offers accommodation contemporary design, combining simplicity, comfort, the relaxing atmosphere and relaxed mind. Renovated in 2007 and 2013 to meet the demands of disabled people, you will discover a charming setting, where it is good to recharge. Warm and elegant colors, minimalist décor, furniture and refined design, a framework that combines harmony, relaxation and zen attitude from the entrance hall.
We had a great stay in the hotel. It has private parking that is easy to access which is necessary in St Gilles. The staff were super friendly and spoke english. We live in France but it is always kind that people make the effort when they can tell we are not french! The breakfast was great and as much as you wanted. Room was clean and the separate shower and toilet were spacious. Its location is right in the centre of St Gilles which is walking distance to the restaurants and shopping. Would stay again.

Go with the flow, local pitch knowledge can improve what you want but the site is really nice and has clean facilities and a great ambience. The snack, bar and shop are very reasonably priced and for a 3* resort it is very good, would recommend. The local towns and beaches are amazing and it is nicely French! If you want English stuff you know where to go!! I hope to come back and introduce my grandchildren to surfing and cheese and maybe wine in the future. Oh Sardines and Mussels are everywhere and very yum - I am sooo relaxed I am struggling to finish

This hotel is in the perfect location for your holiday in St. Gilles. The rooms are nice everything you need is in the room and some rooms have a balcony. The staff are so nice and friendly and really do give you the time of day. They make sure they say hello and have a good day every time u go to reception. The customer service is truly exceptional. The only thing that is a slight downfall is it can be noisy at night time from people in the restaurant/bar below till around midnight sometimes later then again first thing in the morning from tables being put out to the bin men. Overall the hotel is perfect for the holiday! (If u don't mind noise when sleeping!)

We stayed here for 11 nights from 21st August in a mobile home. Site is fairly small compared to other sites we have stayed on. Was a nice site with a relaxed feel. Had a nice pool area with 3 slides, jacuzzi and small area of the pool sectioned off for toddlers. The pool has had a covering put over part of the pool meaning it can be used in all weathers which is good as some days it was a bit breezy but was always lovely and warm under the cover. The pool is far too small on a hot day in August, you could barely move in it but was ok as the site emptied The site is in a great location giving you easy access to St Gilles, lovely beach only 5 mins drive. Or there was a path opposite the site which took you about 20 mins to walk to a pretty deserted beach. We walked there a few times to watch the sun set which was lovely. We travelled to Le Grand Defi tree top climbing park which was brilliant with trails for all ages and lots of zip wires across the lake, cost 50 Euros for 1 adult, 1 13 year old and 1 8 year old. Great value as we were there from 12 until 8 in the evening. Also spent a day at Atlantic Toboggan waterpark, this was a good day but lots of queuing and not sure it was worth the 88 Euro entrance fee for 4 of us. Also spent a day at Parc Des Dunes which had lots of activities including a few water slides, toboggan run, go carts to ride, lots of inflatables, trampolines and mini golf. Entertainment was pretty good at the site with a Foam party which was great fun one night, a Tropical show and a group which were good too.

Welcome to the Ker Louis Hotel in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie. Recently renovated, the hotel is made up of 15 rooms. Ideally situated face to the ocean, very close to the beach of Boisvinet and to the quay of l'Ile d'Yeu, only 10 minutes to the city center, the hotel Le Ker Louis offers you an accomodation of quality, with a calm and a peaceful atmosphere. Enjoy the sunrise and the sunset face to the hugeness of the ocean.
Pick it up because we wanted a sea view. 120€/night including breakfast.for this price you get a tiny room with the smallest and uncomfortable bathroom we ever had... Positive point of the room was the terrace facing the sea. Breakfast was ok. Personal was taking a smoking break with coffee during service... Unlikely to return.

We booked this hotel for a last minute stay when we decided to join family in the resort for a long weekend. First up, the room was ok. Fairly decent sized room with a double bed and a single bed what we dumped all our cases on and a fairly average sized bathroom. Extremely clean. The cleaners do a great job. The shower was powerful enough to wake me up in the morning, probably the deepest I've slept in a very long time thanks to the black out curtains but this is where the issues start. Oh to be able to sleep with a window open. Too many of these hotel rooms now come on a different part of the complex with a patio door. Its either open or closed. There is no airflow. Yes, there is air conditioning but that is no use for me as an asthma sufferer. My wife and I always sleep with a window open. This was just not possible here. Had we known in advance that would be the case, we wouldn't have booked this room. After 5 nights in this hotel on such a soft mattress, I'm already booked in to see my chiropractor to get my back fixed! Despite the amenities on offer, there seemed very little in atmosphere at the hotel. Yes, early September is end of season for a resort like this but even so, the hotel was almost dead. Do not bother with the breakfast. At €9 a person, it is an absolute rip off for what was on offer. We did it the first day, we learned our lesson and went elsewhere for the rest of the trip. Would I stay here again? Probably not in all honesty. I think I'd resort to hiring a caravan on one of the local campsites than stay here. Oh and special mention to the fellow stayers from Jersey with the people carrier. Why with a totally empty car park, did you park in the space allocated to my room? You absolute numpties.
