We visited Punj-Abi on our Grenada vacation last month, and everything about the experience was excellent. Having been to India about a year ago, I wanted a good taste of the unique spices and combinations that make their food so special and exotic. I wasn't disappointed. We had a mojito and wine with dinner....both good. The food, however, was much better. Started with an very nicely prepared samosa, followed by thr navrattan korma (vegetables and spices in a very good cashew sauce) and the chicken biryani, along with garlic naan to make sure we didn't miss a bit of the spices and sauces. Portion sizes are generous, and the service was prompt, courteous, and helpful. And the price for all that came to a little under $50 US, which is very good for such a meal. The only slight downside is the location if you happen to be staying at one of the Grand Anse Beach hotels. Cab fare round trip from there to Punj-Abi is about $32 US, plus tip, which adds a bit to the cost. But if you're on vacation, you want to enjoy yourself, right? So take one night of your trip and spoil yourself with a trip here. You'll be glad you did! We'll be back next time we're in Grenada for sure.

We will provide food on a reservation basis only. The cuisine is Indian and once you have booked we will be open for your hours on your chosen day.You therefore can choose at what time you would like to come.
We went on a rainy night, so there are some kinks to be works out as the roof was leaking, and the tarp was barely able to contain the wind. However, the concept, the restaurant, the service, and the food were all good. I have been to India...so they got most of the taste rights. The portions were very stingy given the price. And they have to cut out that nonsense about charging for side items, or even condiments. That is an absolute turnoff. A meal, an entre, should include rice and vegetables. And charging for condiments that enhance the food...really???We were closed on 9 February so you did not come here. The entirety of your review is MALICIOUS and inaccurate because all your statement are FALSE.This is a MALICIOUS review and you are a TROLL and this can be on your conscience all your life! I trust you can live with that.

3rd visit here as i'm a local , service a bit random but the food is very good bordering on excellent. Inside very lovely with good ac, outside a little lacking in ambience from certain views ( mine was of a blank wall whilst my partner looked at a lovely fountain) Note to owner : please get some mango chutney for the poppadoms, also staff to bring 1. cutlery 2. plate, 3. don't bring food unless 1 and 2 are present ,4, add or remove menus appropriately 5 FILTER THE TAP WATER ...6. usual stuff don't all stand and stare whilst customer eats... Worth a visit though IMHO as the taste gets a thumbs up :)We are glad that our authentic Indian cuisine has ticked your tastebuds and our dedication to excellence has met with your expectations and our standards. We look forward to serving you again soon. Your feedback is valuable to us. We would like to bring up to the mark experience for your next visit.
We ended up here looking for an Italian restaurant that was closed, so we stayed to have a beer and something to eat.The beer was draft but ok, the burger and chips(fries) came but mine was missing an egg, I do not think I have had a thinner burger and I did ask for a 1/2 pounder? Same for the wife, but the real let down was the chips(fries) they were thick with grease/oil and you really could not eat them, the few I did eat just made me feel unwell and full of oil.Not a nice place to eat in my opinion. There are far better places to eat and cheaper too.
