Reviews on Bar food in Sagaing, Sagaing Region, Myanmar. Sagaing (Burmese: စစ်ကိုင်းမြို့; MLCTS: cac kuing: mrui) is the capital of Sagaing Region (formerly Sagaing Division). Located on the Irrawaddy River, 20 km to the south-west of Mandalay on the opposite bank of the river, Sagaing, with numerous Buddhist monasteries is an important religious and monastic centre. The pagodas and monasteries crowd the numerous hills along the ridge running parallel to the river. The central pagoda, Soon U Ponya Shin Pagoda, is connected by a set of covered staircases that run up the 240 m hill.

Eighteen Restaurant serves western comfort foods with classic cocktails and decadent desserts.
I used to go there with my best friends. One of the best place in Mandalay for night out with friends. I love the food and also drink. Especially, love the decoration and atmosphere of the restaurant. Staff are nice but not really perfect. They still need more training about customer service...I guess!!!Price are also fair and reasonable. All the cake are very testy and look beautiful. Thank you guys!!!
Aattention to details and good healthy food. The decor of the cafè mixes the local ethnic with the modern-industrial style. Flowers on the tables and a jug of purified and flavored water with lime and mint available for free. Background pop-lounge music. Kind and attentive service. The menu offers international cuisine mixed with Indian one and some proposals for local food as well. The philosophy of the restaurant is, as far as possible, green: use of fresh, and less processed food, no preservatives. They make their bread (delicious! it can be bought!) and they also have a good selection of teas and infusions as well as freshly prepared smoothies and fresh fruit for breakfast. The menager and her staff are really sweet and prices are really affordable. In the area it's the only one tha can offer a bit of wel mixed international food so no reason to meassit if you come around here!!

Enjoy a chilled beer while listening to live music and savoring the best food in Mandalay
Visited the Moat Bar with couple of friends for casual evening. The place is excellent overlooking the Mandalay palace and the hill. Had an awesome time as a beer drinker with three varieties available from the tap. The chicken cafreal is to die for. The sausage platter and the king Mackerel is equally good. They even had the football world cup on and a pool table and foosball to chill out.Over all a must visit in Mandalay. Hi Mukul A,Thank you for taking time to review us!We are glad you enjoyed your time at the Moat Bar, and in the evenings the view is excellent! Yes, we do offer a variety of beer and also a menu that you will love if you love grills. I will definitely pass on your kind sentiments about the food to Chef.We have a big screen that features sports matches at anytime of the day and we also have a pool and foosball table which guests can use for free!We hope to welcome you back to our restaurant soon.Thank you and best regards,Shervin ThomasFood & Beverage Service Manager

Music was good (lots of 80s rock) and the staff were friendly. The drinks, however, were awful. The spirits were watered down massively. The staff seemed embarrassed when I raised it (after ordering several shots of brand name various spirits that were in fact sugar water) but there was little they could do. Would not return.
European Restaurant Cafe
Excellent food, friendly and helpful staff and nice ambience. They helped me to organize a nice surprise for my wife birthday. Everything went smoothly, from choosing the flowers and the birthday cake to the communication via Facebook. They speak good English! Thank you Station 36 for a memorable evening! P.S. Good coffee â

Fantastic Bbq Restaurant Within Blocks Of The Royal Palace. Didn't Get The Address -- Taxi Driver Took Us There
Went there on New Year's day in the afternoon. It was quiet. Service was friendly and quick. If you don't speak the local language like me, ask for the (English) menue with prices. Most meals on the list are between 5000 and 6000 Kyat (3 to 4 USD). I had fried rice chicken for lunch 2500 Kyat and quite average. Overall not bad.

The Kipling's Bar, located at lobby level from the Mandalay Hill Resort, is the ideal venue to enjoy tapas and drinks while relaxing with our Unplugged Live Band. Connoisseurs will enjoy the premium cigar selection together with a wide range of Cocktails
small pleasant bar off the lobby of the Mandalay Hill Resort. Decent happy hour if you are going to have 3 drinks (for price of two). Wine list is expensive. Simple, clean, and tasteful.

Our New Location : Corner of 77 and 27 Street. We provided light food such as Pizza, Wrap, Hamburger, Sandwich, and some Mexican food and pasta. Welcome to Central Park Mandalay!
Really cute restaurant with exceptional service and totally acceptable pizza options.I think you would imagine that it isnât the highest quality pizza you will ever eat, but after weeks of only eastern Asian plates it was the break my dining partner and I were really looking for.Would recommend as a fun, friendly and efficient place to dine.

Overlooking the Ayarwaddy river and shadowed by large mango trees, The Garden Café at Mingun offers a selection of Salads, Sandwiches, Barbecue, Myanmar Dishes, Ice Cream, Fresh Fruit Juices and excellent Coffee. Unique in Mingun, The Garden Café provides
My taxi driver suggested this place & he was so right! It was a few minutes walk off of the main drag of Mingun but it led you to a lovely garden right on the edge of the river. It was an absolute delight. The food was excellent - very tasty, good choices & well presented. The staff were attentive without being overly fussy. It was a little bit on the pricey side but it was worth it.I'm happy to recommend it.

Notoriously good hospitality!
Ned Kelly's was a highlight of our visit to Myanmar, despite how odd that sounds! Very comfortably, newly redone restaurant and bar with a lovely open air rooftop and good happy hour specials. Great food, friendly staff, and great cocktails and Australian craft beers! Large projector to watch the game on, and beer pong / foosball tables to keep entertained!
