This place is about 2km from Sagada proper, with very few transportation options. It also offers dinner, but we went downtown. No tv, no safe, however free drinking water (they will bring a pitcher to your room upon request). Our room was next to the lobby, which tended to be noisy with kids playing. Reasonably comfortable bed. Wifi was ok. Floors were not particularly clean, as they were either not properly cleaned or dirt was pushed from one side of the room to the other. Leave key if you want your room made. Bathroom walls and ceiling had mould stains. Cheap laundry service (100 pesos per kilo). The whole place needs lots of tlc and a nice coat of paint. Some street noise. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was decent, even if eggs and bacon were cold. You must pre-order. This is basic accommodation at its best, so you may want to explore one of the many other options in Sagada.

See the beauty of Sagada right from your window. Hear the tweeting of the birds and the hissing of the fresh escaping air as they seranade your weary ears. Drink our brewed coffee while letting the warm rays of the sun gently lay on your face. Feel Sagada. Feel it at Kanip-Aw Pines View Lodge. We are located in Atey, Dao-angan, Sagada Mountain Province.
We first contacted them through their published mobile number but the owner is not responsive. Conveniently, the lodge is also listed in Agoda. This is located overlooking Echo Valley near Sagada Hub and Sumaguing cave. Along the way, you will pass by Yoghurt House, Lemon Pie House, and Sagada Brew. The room is spacious and clean with hot and cold shower. Towels are provided, though there are no toiletries. No available breakfast but you can cook in their kitchen, just clean afterwards. There is also a nearby bakery selling wheat breads. For the price, this is quite a steal.

Isabelo's is just opposite the main bus stop, jeepney stop and the tourism office making it a convenient place to stay. Its close to many restaurants stores and souvenir shops. The place is clean and as we took the room with the private bath, it had a small balcony which we liked as well. On both days we stayed, there was a power outage in town which maybe expected in this hilly area. However, its important to bear in mind that the Inn has to back up generator so its best to charge anything important while you can. The WiFi was OK. Not fast for streaming but definitely alright. (There are no TVs in the room.) The bathroom was a bit small as the toilet is wedged between the door and the wall in an awkward manner. Considering the price paid, I would say the Ammenities would be average and the staff weren't overly friendly as well. The restaurant was non-functional at the time however breakfast was included with a generous serving of Omlette or different silogs. Overall we had a good stay. Would definitely pick it for convenience if your spending most of your day out and about and just using it to sleep. But it's important to keep your expectations in check.

My friends and myself went to Sagada, and month of December is a peak season which is always full of tourists, foreigners and locals. Since it’s my first time to visit Sagada I was the one who booked accomodation which is Big Dipper Sagada. This place is great if you drive ur own vehicle but for those who are wants to commute you better tell the (Coda Lines) bus driver or conductor to drop you off in this place, it is located before the downtown which is 2 km away from the bus station. And at the same thing if you are leaving the place before you check out inform the bus conductor (let them know your time or show your ticket to confirm of your time departure) to pick you up so you are no longer or be able to walk through all the way to terminal. hank you for choosing to stay with us. Remember it is bit far from the town center; A 20 minute walk or a 3 minute drive. About 2km. They do not have wifi and signal inside the rooms. Most likely you would only get reception outside. This is a house stay type, don’t expect the five star hotel type of service,if you need anything just go outside and look for the host or else if the kids are watching tv in the lounge room just ask them then they will tell it to Bugan. And for breakfast it’s better to eat here than to go to downtown coz it’s too bit pricey in downtown. Better to arrange this with the host early. They serve great breakfast nothing to complain it’s Sagada’s style of breakfast. If you want to arrange the tour also, they offer as well, the tour guide is very helpful, accomodating, he showed us around and suggests things to do. He showed us the beauty, gifts of nature of Sagada, people here are very polite. It’s is a good place to visit.

When was the last time you did something Different? At Sagada Heritage Village You will Get the chance to experience a unique accomodation,We offer a traditional Native huts as hotel accommodations. Experience sleeping in our authentic Banaue ,Mayoyao and Sagada native huts, We have huts good for 8,5,3 pax Sagada Nipa Huts.
After a 5 kilometers detour to get to Sagada, there was this receptionist at the street entrance. Apparently, we found out that a minimum overnight reservation is required to enter the site. They do not allow day tour or drive through. Oh well, not really kin to see hanging coffins. Seen a few in Mongolia and Egypt. I just hope there is a warning ahead or a notice at the street detour before they get you to drive all the way and waste 10 kilometres of energy for nothing. That’s 1 hour drive each way!

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. NO HOT WATER FOR BATHING. NO WIFI ACCESS. The owners are Stingy AF. THEY WOULDN'T GIVE DRINKING WATER. The room we were in was not good. We have to close the window at night even though it's hot inside because we are in front of street where everyone can see us. BETTER STAY SOMEWHERE NICER.

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were spacious and clean. The owners were friendly & helped us plan our stay. This place is away from the main road. But is walking distance from a community market where we got an amazing mulberry jam made by one of the elder ladies there (must try!). They also serve hot meals. The sagada coffee house is also accessible thru the lot at the back of the property.
