We each had the tasting menu. The scallops were nicely don't. The fish was outstanding - Zander filet. Duck was oven roast and very tender. The beef from Switzerland was flavorful and cooked perfectly. It was a bit pricey, even for Swiss standards, but food was really good.

we come from Asia and do not speak German but we are well taken care of from entrance to bill checking. The tables are roomy. The drink list provides various choices from German beer to French wine. The menu has plenty of choices and we have different dishes in the 3 dinners on 27, 28 and 29 of December 2014.The veal sausage is excellent. In the third night, we decided to return to Ferienhaus Schonblick after we checked out the restaurants around that area. We still find this is the best in town.I strongly recommend anyone who visits Saas Grund to enjoy the good food and hospitality here.
3. Restaurant Zurbriggen
Restaurant Zurbriggen is now open for dinner. Our Head chef Markus Ries has received many adwards. 5 course evening meal for CHF55.
