Spacious quiet deluxe, executive and self catering executive suites, all en-suite with own balcony overlooking Nairobi Thika Superhighway, green vegetation and rolling mountains. Artistically designed arctic wood work. Serviced by elevators, with several eating places, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath, gym and aerobics. Ample and secure parking. Within 20 minutes from airport.
Have been to this Restaurant and Resort before in 2017 and numerous other times, but this experience was a complete waste of money! First, the hotel has raw sewage running from taps and bathtub due to water contamination (which made showers impossible ?). Next, the rooms have been poorly cleaned and sanitised (FIY, we are in Covid-19 era here). Finally, we had a horrible experience during checkout as I was stopped at the gate due to apparent lack of payment. The checkout lady didn’t even have the courtesy of explaining anything and we were left at the mercy of the guards at the entrance. I am completely done and never intend to have another stay here.

I never thought I would write this, we had a retreat at this place when I visited Kenya with a charity organization, really loved the environment of this place, and how we were treated and welcomed to the place.

Its collection of unique cottages, with some of the world’s most interesting, enchanting, and homely settings.
It was definitely inexpensive. The staff were friendly and normally responded to any queries quickly. Breakfast was good when our preferences were established - the fresh fruit is quite refreshing - but more could have been done to enhance the omelettes. It is a quiet location and the grounds were neat. The wifi was strong and reliable. As usual in Kenya, power outages occurred and these were out of the owners control. For Kenya, the hotel was above average. Disliked · Western world travellers are used to having a toilet seat on their toilet. More TV stations could be useful especially on the rainy days.

Poor service. Very nice and serene area.however there are only two waiters deployed to attend customers. One waits for too long to get service.i think you should improve on this. Nice food.also should reserve silent area for customers who do not go along with the loud music
