The Bank, a once run down old cinema built in the 1920âs, has been re-invented and transformed into a unique eating, drinking and entertainment venue, mixing contemporary and classic surroundings to bring you an environment perfect to relax and enjoy. Sit
We decided at the last minute to venture out on Mother's day . Having been to The Bank before it was again a very good choice . Parked outside ( free parking on Sundays ) Staff were friendly and inviting . Great place if you like Sport as they have Big Screens showing the main Games of the day . Wasn't packed either . Lovely , large selection of Gins and not silly prices . The 3 of us shared a couple of ' Starters ' ,and then each had a main meal , a few beers / Gins ( pop for our driver ! ) and at £57 we felt excellent value for money. Would again , highly recommend :)

Restaurant for all the family from the very young to the very old catering for all tastes. Food available until 10pm every day. Live sports available. Outdoor playarea
Always have a good time here, been a while since my last visit. This time I got a goods Guiness and played some pool with a friend.....the white ball did get stuck once but otherwise it played well. Ordered the onion rings that are quite a spectacle...5 or 20 is the choice....which seemed a little ridiculous, why no 10? lolHello thank you for your feedback. Youâll be pleased to know the pool table has been levelled and recovered recently so should play better than ever. We offer the two sizes of onion rings as one is a side and one is a âsharerâ starter. I will pass your feedback to head office thank you

A delightful traditional village pub set in the pretty village of Grandborough just off the A45. A perfect stop off 5 minutes from Dunchurch & 10 minutes from Rugby. Dog friendly also. We have delicious pub traditionals, specials, basket meals & children'
Thoroughly enjoyable meal at the Shoulder of Mutton. Myself and partner are both vegetarian and were offered a variety of vegetarian dishes. We selected the Mushroom and Bean burger which was delicious and very good value considering the size of the meal. Strongly recommended.Thank your your great review. We enjoy trying different dishes and we have some delicious veggie one's. When booking, if notified, Mario enjoys cooking s special dish where all tastes are taken into account. This is a benefit of making and cooking everything ourselves then we know the exact ingredients. We are especialy alert to allergies, veggie & vegan dishes.

My parents held a 70th wedding anniversary lunch for nearly 50 family & friends here. The foods (carvery) was fantastic. Starters were delicious, very generous portions of meat, great veg and brilliant puddings. The staff were all very friendly.Just a couple of minor things we had to remind them we wanted ie easel for the table plan and numbers on the tables. We were also short of saucers to go with the cups for the coffee at the end.Generally though it was great and everyone really enjoyed themselves. Thanks to Snehal for all his help on the day.

Had Saturday lunch here recently, Really friendly from all the staff, a very good menu including most food, they also have smaller meals for £6. They will also slightly modify your choice of potatoes or vegetables which we were pleased about. It looked as if the restaurant would take up to 70 -80 people. I would recommend you book to avoid disappointment. Also very popular with walking groups. Car park to the side for approximately 20 cars.

The Dun Cow in Dunchurch is a country pub & restaurant oozing rural charm and rustic character. Our picturesque surroundings provide the perfect backdrop for savouring the hearty, seasonal pub-food on our menu, and the carefully nurtured cask ales and fin
Been to the restaurant many times before came today with family and the service was really poor. 3 of the dishes were not available from their menu. Took 30 minutes for our drinks to arrive.. and this was after I asked where our drinks were. Same with the starters took 45 minutes for the vegetarian mezze and flatbread to arrive to which we had to ask to see where it was. The humous on the platter wasn't even enough to feed a baby.. let alone 2 people! Not all the empty glasses and used plates were taken from the table throughout the entire meal. When I went to speak to the manager about it near the end to say how disappointed I was with the service, he did not ask what went wrong or what the problem was.. just a sorry and that they were busy. I have been there many times before when all the tables were taken and had a better service.. it was not busy. The table next to us had the same issues. A 2 hour meal took over 3 hours.. I won't be going for a while and won't be recommending it to friends and family as the service today was shocking.

Family friendly pub/restaurant, home cooked food, award winning real ales, good selection of wines, & a extensive gin list!
We had a lunch time meal with my brother and his wife. Good friendly service with a welcome smile. We all enjoyed the food. A good menu to choose from with at lunch time which gives you a choice of courses. I hah 2 courses for £8. My brothers all day breakfast on the other part of the menu looked very good. Will definitely visit again in near future. Decor is modern and garden looks nice too. HiThank you for taking time to review us, glad you enjoyed your visit, especially good to hear you were greeted with a smile :) see you soon

Good old-fashioned British Pub serving the best traditional ales & ciders, continental beers, and delicious food. A must for any Rugby fan, this place is a mecca for locals looking to watch live matches. A fascinating pub with great locals, stacks of hist
We were in Rugby last month and visited Metchantâs Inn on several occasions. Every-time we went in the service was excellent! The vibe is amazing and I love the decor. Our family had chosen this venue for a lunch get-together on a weekend- absolutely fantastic service, excellent customer service and great food! Definitely recommend!

Value for money, expecially the DIAMOND CLUB. Perfect quantities for this age group and quality meal. Its a long time since we ventured in to the GREEN MAN, but were very pleasantly surprised. Young man at the bar (presumably proprietor?) was very personable and welcoming. I think we might be back.

There has been a public house on the site of The Bowling Green dating back to 1520. The original building was destroyed in a major fire in 1741 that accounted for many of the buildings on Coventry Street. The current Bowling Green pub was rebuilt in 1750
We ate here on a Wednesday evening as a table of 4. We had booked a table but unfortunately the staff were preoccupied with serving drinkers/diners sitting in the garden. The service was incredibly bad - ages to take order (20 minutes), ages for food to arrive (45 minutes), forgetting to bring steak knife for steak (despite being asked twice) no table check, no sauces (the waiter forgot) no drinks order taken after drinks finished. The food was average. The chicken Caesar salad was as far removed from a Caesar salad as you can get (who has ever heard of onions, peppers and a poached egg on a Caesar salad?). The steak was very tough and the gammon was thin and grey. As no steak knife arrived the steak was inedible. We couldn't tell the waiting staff as they had vanished! The fish and chips was good however. This was a birthday meal and we were all left disappointed. For local pub grub this place isn't cheap and did not live up to expectations.
