Wonderwul ! Good location in the center of a beautiful city, people working there are welcoming, smiling and very professional and the food is just perfect ! I have never tried anything like this but it allowed me to discover something very different and in my opinion way better than any japanese or similar restaurant. Being not a big fan of fish, Yugo reconciled me by cooking it the way they do... I don't know their secret but you should definitely have a try !

I will say before getting into the hard bit that their other site around the corner on the next street is excellent! The larger site however is extremely poor. As a veggie I do not eat fish or meat. I ordered items that were strickly veggie. Tempura vegetables should NOT taste and smell of fish! I did complain while at the restaurant, but it was ignored. Even the Yakatori Tofu was not cut properly or completely grilled. The miso soup was ok, but not very warm. The cup of saki was not heated properly. The rice was cold. The only thing that was right was the chilled bottle of mineral water! I will go to the smaller location one street over, but never back to this one. The service was very lax and when I complained there was a so sorry - so sorry, but it was not handled. I even had to wait 10 minutes for the bill. When I called I was told it was impossible for the vegetables to taste of fish when I called back - so I guess I made it all up in my mind????? Still waiting on a call back!

My friends and I have visited this restaurant several times, the foods are really good! Especially the teppanyaki! You cannot find it in other Japanese restaurants in Rouen. The chef is so nice, my friend likes specy food, he cooked a special dish for her, and we talked a lot~ we had a happy time here! Highly recommend!
