Great little pub style sports bar where the food is great and you meet all the locals. Best menu items are the wings, and the taco salad. They are known to have theme nights, the indian night is simply awesome!! Everything is always fresh. Busy Sunday mornings with a great breakfast menu. Reserve your special night, birthday party, office party at Gab's where the owners are always pleasant and ready to accomodate.

The family restaurant & pizzeria that we learned to know as Rockland Pizza has been proudly serving the citizens of Clarence-Rockland since 1993. Famous for their unique tasting pizza, their personalized and billingual service, the staff at Rockland Pizza have worked hard in the last 20 years to bring you a dining experience as good as its food.
We've tried them all and Rockland Pizza wins by a mile. My second favorite is Gabriel's. Just wish there were better pizza twin deals (like Gabriel's). The toppings were abundant, the sauce just right, the cheese just the right greasy...and it tasted just as good when reheated (which certainly isn't the case with other pizza places in Rockland).

You've got to know about Rosalynn's, as it's hidden away in an unobtrusive corner of an anonymous, unpromising little strip mall on the edge of Rockland. And apparently many local folks do know about it, as the place was almost full by 7pm on a Thursday evening. There is one server, who I believe is the owner, with perhaps her husband acting as chef. And service is really good, despite her doing everything alone. What's even better is in the plate. I was a bit concerned, as the menu is huge, too huge, and I had to wonder how such a small place could do such a variety of things well. Based on the evidence of our meal, my fears were pretty much unfounded. I had liver and onions. Liver perfectly cooked, though it could have been served hotter. Accompanying veggies, so often a mere afterthought, were great here, and well thought out. A good variety, individually cooked. My dinner companion had a delicious salmon burger with truly excellent frites maison. I had a pretty good creme brulee for dessert. A half-liter of indifferent valpolicella at $17.00 seemed wildly excessive, but my experience in Canada is limited, maybe that's typical. Despite the fact that the restaurant is small, noise levels remained low, even with almost all tables occupied. Another thing: The owners have managed the arrangement of the tables very well. It's a bit crowded, but the tables are positioned in such a way that you're not right next to your neighbor, hanging on their every word. There is either no music at all, or very subdued music, such a relief these days. The whole thing feels very well thought out. We left very satisfied indeed.

Was visiting my daughter and we decided to order in, had several places to choose from but my daughter said this was the one. They had already made an impression on her. Pizza was very tasty, lots of cheese, good crust and delivered very quickly by a 'friendly' driver (what else would you expect LOL). Wings were also very good.
Would for sure order again

We've been making pizza at home (dough, sauce, ingredients) on Friday nights for over 20 years. Occasionally, though, we order in. And for the past few years that means a Spartas pizza. They're very good. Delivery is fast. And I don't think there has been a time when I haven't remarked to my wife how friendly the drivers are. Highly recommended.

We took a drive to Rockland for some change of scenery shopping, saw this place and decided to give it a try. The restaurant is medium size on the inside with a "cottage" type feeling along with a few Chinese decorations, and on the outside at the front is a covered patio. When we arrived it was not very busy so we sat at a window table looking out at the patio and the street.
The restaurant appeared clean and so were the plates, water glasses and utensils. The buffet does not have a huge number of items to choose from but all the usual chinese basics are there (maybe 15 or 20) which satisfied us. Quality of food we thought to be above average...tasty and warm enough, and the cost for the lunch buffet was $10.95 each which we considered reasonable.
It is licenced, there is on street parking and a small parking lot in back of the restaurant.
Overall I will rate this restaurant a 3.5 - 4.0 and we would return in future.

After living in Montreal for most of my life and moving to Rockland I thought there was no way Dunn's in Rockland could come close to Dunn's in Montreal as it is an institution there. Well to my surprise although considerably smaller the food was outstanding and teh service first rate. I will not hesitate going back and perhaps to eat in this time.

The new owners go extremely out of their way to provide fresh, hot and very tasty foods with a Lebanese flair and Mediterranean tastes. Their Beef Donairs are out of this world, as the char broiling adds a very distinctive taste that is above explanation. The Shawarma, Donairs, salads, potatoes, the 4 or 5 different garlic sauce, avocado sauce, pickled turnips, pickles are all prepared with the utmost care, thus making the flavours stand out and are pleasurable to the palate. The owners are friendly, courteous, and their food shows their pride and love of preparing their fine food. You won't be disappointed and neither will your taste buds.
