Had lunch with my wife and ordered quite a few dishes, samaai was nice, stuffed Chinese mushrooms and Hakow was good, prawn balls were a disappointment, batter to thick, tofu very creamy. Crab was excellent, other three dishes all very similar in taste. Overall a nice meal.

We came here on the recommendation of friends and we were not disappointed. The service was excellent and the food delicious. We received a complimentary chai tea at the end of our meal which finished it off perfectly. We had some hit and miss service in Mauritius but this place was terrific.

Completely renewed, cosy and bright restaurant. Dining room with fans, and a nice garden are available at your convenience. Our bar will offer you a choice of french wines, home made punch with a mauritian touch, local beer and imported ones and soft drink
Probably the cleanest restaurant in Grand Baie, prepared with the freshest local produce. One cannot fault anything in this lovely restaurant, we thoroughly enjoyed our first visit here and will definitely be back to savour the tasty and beautifully presented Asian dishes. The Dim Sum was as good as we have eaten in Hong Kong. Open Tuesday through Saturday. The Rum with passion fruit (a 3 month own infusion) was really good. Next time weâll try the Shabu. We felt so much at home. On a quiet residential street just two back from the main road but still easy to get to. Many thanks for the wonderful evening. Many thanks for taking the time to write your appreciation.Likewise it was a pleasure for me and my team meeting you and sharing so many travellers little stories. It is always so interesting to meet people who travel all over the world and to have intelligent and interesting conversations about food and drinks and other cultures and knowledge.Looking forward to welcome you againCheersG.Li

Saffron Grill is a fine dining restaurant specialist in Indian cuisine , More than just a meal, we intend to provide an exquisite dining experience
My wife and I visited this amazing restaurant on a Saturday evening and were blown away by the standard of the food. Although I was extremely busy and there was a buffet, which I am usually not a fan of, I loved it all. We have travelled throughout India and enjoy the cuisine. We were almost certainly the only tourists there. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Such a budget friendly little hidden gem! They do take away and their noodles are great but definitely come here for the boulette as that is for sure their speciality. Just off sunset boulevard so very conveniently located and tucked away so the throngs miss it and the wise find it! Enjoy!
