My wife and I stayed here the day before a multi-day trek across the Appenines. The rooms are spacious, modern and ensuite (the bathroom was, in fact, more the size of a ballroom). Dinner and breakfast were delicious and varied, and sandwiches were provided for the first day of our hike. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Wifi worked seamlessly. Definitely recommended!

First of all, this place is very difficult to find. Google maps leads You to neighbours house. Any other navigation system will do the same. Sign on the road would be a great help. When we arrived host did not even say "hello", instead he immediatelly asked us for a documents, like he is policeman, and we are some criminals. We were staying 2 nights, from 25 to 27 October, after asking for heating, host told us that heating is not available in Italy until November, however on the second night radiators were lukewarm, so miracle has happened ( or host lied to us ). "De luxe" accommodation are in fact two bedrooms connected with wooden stairs, with one double and one single bed in each room, and all of the guests (6) have only one toilet/bathroom at there disposal. To get to the bathroom/toilet You need to exit the bedroom. If You are accommodatet on the upper part of "de luxe" room(s) and You need to use the bathroom in the night itis quite an interesting expirience. Breakfast area is very small, especially if al 6 guests from "de luxe" room(s) wants to eat at once. There are no fruit juices or milk ( regular or lactose free ) for breakfast, like it is written on the ground floor board, and there is only 1 kind of tea.

This was one of the best places I've ever stayed. The staff were friendly, the place is amazing, a working farm with a shop selling cheeses etc made from the cows, it has a fantastic restaurant with beautiful food and a great atmosphere, the rooms were new and exceptionally clean and eco-friendly, The breakfast was amazing with fantasic fresh baked treats. There was a pool, a small petting farm, small soccer pitch, horse riding etc etc etc, too many positives to name, a place that would be second to none to take the kids for a special summer holiday.

Not a lot to say about this really. Rustic is how I would describe it, which isn’t a bad thing, but it could have been a little more welcoming. Because we had dogs with us I think we were given the most basic room, no shutters on a stifling hot day isn’t enjoyable, breakfast unimaginative, room with no frills at all, bathroom mosquito net didn’t fit and there wasn’t one on the main windows. A fan would have been appreciated. However, evening meal was good, and location perfect.
