I don't know where the slick looking food on the website was, but the menu was bleah. After eating two terrible meals we ate great meals in town at small restaurants and at the mercado and that was after having paid the "all inclusive" price. Breakfast was ok, but they ran out of coffee and would not make any more, there were at least 6 people who would have had another cup or twoDear GuestYou wrote this review last year, and since then we have made many changes, including our new menu. The food you are referring to was our all inclusive food, which is lower quality than from our menu. If you purchased an all inclusive package, you will receive our set all inclusive food, or you can spice it up and order from our menu.The coffee situation, I assure you has been fixed, and the incident you experienced was with one bartender, who is no longer working with us. Located right on the beach, this place offers the best burgers (including veggie burgers) in town and perhaps in Nicaragua. Quality ingredients, hand made buns and fries and super cold beer. A perfect open air setting looking over the bay. Restaurant is immaculate and clean. Helpful, friendly staff.

It's situated in front of the sea walk and in the back there is a hostal. Service is good and food is tasty. Portions small but at the same time sufficient.

Very good food for the money if you are a tourist. They are very friendly and cater to the folks visiting. We stopped there three time during the week in San Juan.

Not impressed! Waited quite awhile for service, and it was not friendly. Over charged for chairs. I'd recommend going next door to the hostel restaurant. They were cheaper and quite friendly!

Not much to say about this place. The food is pretty much what you find in all the tourist places in spite of the menu touting Mexican and Italian dishes. Prices are on the high side for ordinary eating.Ok, should also try the german dishes thats why there is a german flag outside

Gourmet food in the tropics is not always easy to find. The menu is varied and inviting. There are two tasting menus. Although not every course on the menu I had was a home run, overall the quality, presentation, and service was outstanding. The meal isn't inexpensive, though. If you can afford it, highly recommended.

We loved this little spot. We visited multiple times for dinner with our little boy (14 months old) and were treated SO well! The Italian food is super authentic, simple and delicious. We love that it felt like home cooking and the atmosphere was super relaxed and open. Homemade bread, pasta and the goats cheese salads were all highlights! YUM.
