Our 18 apartments, surrounded by greenery, are located amongst the vineyards and olive groves of the countryside. All have recently been renovated making best use of the typical elements of Tuscan farmhouses. Fattoria Pagnana is divided into 2 separate complexes: il Loggiato and il Borgo, each with its own swimming pool and parking. Il Loggiato, open all year, is composed of a single L-shaped farmhouse with 4 apartments (in addition to the Alla Pagnana B&B), whilst il Borgo of 4 individual houses has been divided into 14 apartments. Designed to accommodate from 2 to 6 guests, all apartments are tastefully furnished retaining the traditional flavor of the area, each with either a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette thus allowing complete autonomy. To enhance your stay there are two swimming pools, a tennis court, a playground, a mini football pitch and volleyball area, as well as numerous barbecues ready for use. Every week we organize tastings of our wine and olive oil, as well as a typical Tuscan grill and/or pizza night to share an occasion with friends. We highlight local markets, guided tours and other selected activities to help you discover the most authentic Tuscany.

Torre a Cona Wine Estate is set on a hilltop in the heart of the Florentine hills, with a stunning view over the surrounding countryside. The rural houses are at 150mt from the main XVII century Villa and are fully equipped for a nice stay in the countryside (kitchen, AC, Wi-fi). A Swimming pool and gardens are at guests disposal. Our Country farm is located in the countryside a few kilometers from florence. The property offers three bedrooms all with private bathrooms and an apartment of 95 square meters that can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. Guests have access to a large garden, a terrace where to eat, a gazebo, a swimming pool with deckchairs and umbrellas. Possibility to organize small events, dinners, brunches, themed dinners. The estate of Fattoria Casagrande is in Rignano Sull'Arno (about 20 km from Florence). On the hill, in a dominant position, surrounded by vineyards, we see an old farmhouse. Today the farmhouse and outbuildings have been restored with special care, keeping the original features. Furnished with the simplicity and elegance of the Tuscan style were recovered typical elements of a country house. Comfort, tradition and relaxation are just some of the elements that distinguish this place yet able to preserve the rural atmosphere of the past.

Villa-Farm "Poggio Tre Lune" is unique in its concept and type. The initial structure dates back to 15th century and has had several functional improvements, including the Tower, that was under development until the 20th century. Even though the Villa is close to Florence, it is surrounded by 47 hectares of land and it is very close to one of the most important Outlet Centres in Europe. The Villa is only 17km away from Florence and 3.2 Km from the railway station which connects it with Florence and others historical cities, and less than 9 km from the A1 highway ("Autostrada del Sole") , Incisa Valdarno exit. The several careful improvements made to the buildings, carried out so as to improve living comfort, and the practice of the Farm's daily activities, have resulted in an architectural structure which perfectly fits the surrounding landscape, being well defined and functional because it is composed of several different buildings that are nicely integrated and independent, surrounded by a large garden with trees.
