Spent one night. Rooms are dated. Bathroom sink water splashes all over floor. Electricity extremely poor; it was off and on all evening. Internet extremely poor hardly worked, have your own internet. Bathroom vent windows don’t close thus the room was filled with mosquitos. TV mounted one way and doesn’t work. Breakfast basic Low budget hotel and that is the quality of accommodation, food and experience. Management should revisit the business plan and improve the hotel. Offer good basic accommodation, service and experience. Good Luck.

Deluxe rooms Twin bed rooms.Almost all rooms have magnificent, scenic view, with clean upholstery to ensure that everything is to your satisfaction.
We stated here as part of a safari package gone wrong. I would have never chosen this hotel and I sure wouldn't stay here again. Where to start? The less than inviting neighborhood? The rooms and hallways in desperate need of a revamp? The toilet that leaked every time you flushed it? The huge water stain on the ceiling? The musty smell The? The windows that wouldn't shut correctly? The highway being right there and hearing trucks go over speed bumps every couple minutes all night? The pool area that looks like a prison yard? The smoking area that reinforces the prison yard resemblance? The horrible food? The slow, forgetful service? I gave an extra circle because staff were nice enough...but nice staff only goes so far when everything around it is a zero. I'm not trying to be mean, but the place really has very few redeeming qualities and I would give it a hard pass. Anyone wanting further details is free to PM me but I think you get the point.

We visited the hotel for a few days and had a wonderful stay. The food was excellent and we were very well looked after by Wilson. We enjoyed the cool swimming pool and Henry’s information about the local species. He was very knowledgeable indeed. Our to the game reserve to see the flamingos and hot springs with our guide Patrick was very interesting. If we hadn’t a guide we would have missed the flamingos as he knew their location. We left the hotel at 6am and recommend an early start. The road wasn’t very good so a 4 wheel drive is essential. One issue we had when we wanted to check out and pay. Our bank cards were repeatedly declined so we had to pay in Ksh. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this hotel.
