My stay was very good, helped by a great price, very helpful staff; strong value for money, with a human touch. London and surrounding areas are of course typically very expensive but less so here, plus the proximity to a rail station and on-site parking is just the ticket. Fair play also to Agnes the manager, who is excellent!

We stayed here for two nights. Our room was really large and comfortable, bathroom was lovely. What makes this place amazing is the kind and attentive staff. Everyone was really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The food was so fresh and tasty, the breakfast especially good. This is a pub with rooms so there was some noise but it’s not a pub with a band so not too loud and all was quiet by 11. Parking was off street but there’s plenty of it. Permit is required between 10am and noon only so unless your in during the day this isn’t a problem Really enjoyed our stay and we’ll be back.

Follow in the footsteps of the Royal, rich and famous at Richmond - one of London's most beautiful boroughs. You'll find heaps of history, great shops, and leisurely riverside walks on your doorstep. Of course, it's not all about boating and boutiques. There's the amazing Kew Gardens, the National Archives, Twickenham Stadium and the sights of central London are just 25 minutes by train. Whatever you're up to, you'll return to spacious rooms, a tasty restaurant, and extra-comfy beds.
Over the past 10 years I have slayed in Premiers regularly but am very disillusioned with the brand after this stay! I am just about to write to their CEO and voice my disgust! It was a total disaster from start to finish!

Transformed from house to Bingham Riverhouse in 2019, this restaurant with rooms nestles along the riverside in Richmond, London. It’s a house where people can meet, mingle, muse, where the constant flow of the river mixes with music and the clinking of glasses. There are fifteen individually designed bedrooms with en-suites and a drawing room, library and parlour for eating and drinking throughout the day. All have fresh colours, tone and style which echo the flow of the river beyond. Food and drink are fresh, vibrant and seasonal. It’s located in a few minutes walk from Richmond Bridge, a ten minute walk from the town centre, Richmond's Royal Park and world famous attractions such as Kew Gardens, and Hampton Court Palace, are all within easy reach.
A beautiful hotel, with superb food and efficient, friendly staff. All areas are well decorated and the terraces overlooking the river are wonderful. The only negative point is that the room I stayed in was 'restricted' by a severely sloping ceiling, making getting in and out of bed very difficult! The bathroom was crazily small and the basin was the smallest I have ever seen...in fact it was pretty much impossible to use effectively, to wash. Not the most expensive room in the hotel of course, but still, at over £200 I expected more. Choose your room carefully!

The place is very nice and i loved it a lot, you should check the bathrooms on the first floor they are amazing. The thing is one of my family members had a plushie/soft toy with them and they left it in the hotel room for the day. The first 2 days it was there but then on the 3rd day when she came back to her room she couldn't find it. We called the receptionist and told her about our issue and they tried to help us but they said they dont have it and cant find it. The toy was lost in the end and we didn't even take it out of the room so i dont know how they could lose it that easily

A grand, Grade II listed building, the Park boasts 44 bedrooms, including 3 new feature rooms, freshly renovated pub and is a beautiful place to escape with friends and family. Sky Tv, Green & Spring toiletries, Hypnos beds, crisp cotton linen and big fluffy towels. Ideally positioned close to Teddington railway station, the hotel is perfectly situated for business visits to Central London or leisure stays. Local highlights include Bushy Park, Hampton Court Palace and Twickenham Stadium. Serving seasonal British food all day everyday, be sure to check out the our stylish restaurant and generously stocked bar.
Group of 6 of us down for a weekend. Staff were helpful throughout from reception to bar to kitchen. The app they want you to use is not great and should be consigned to the covid museum - much easier going to the bar and ordering the old fashioned way.

Nice little old pub/hotel just a shame it wasn’t a little cleaner ? a pub for locals… room was nice but such a shame as a simple wipe over with a damp cloth to take away months worth or built up dirt could be wiped away .. ? And the cleaner had just been in the room ?

We stayed here recently for a short break. It can only be described as basic. It was mainly clean as was the bed linen but the furnishings and bathroom were very, very tired. It is well located in central Richmond. Personally I would not want to stay again
