Facing the village of Rians, our guest house offers 5 guest rooms within a calm and modern environment as well as succulent meals. Within the guest house, you will have access to an exceptional 360° panoramic view of the mountain Sainte Victoire up to the Alps peaks passing through the Sainte Baume, the Verdon Gorges and the Luberon and it is only 35 minutes drive to Aix-en-Provence.

Excellent breakfast with homemade jams, yogurts etc.We spent most of the time by the lovely pool reading but did go to Aix en Provence about 30 minutes away. However,our hostess,Stephanie, recommended a trip to Tourtour as she said it was a beautiful typical Provencal village. It was gorgeous ! Well worth a look. Le moulins is one of those holiday destinations that you genuinely miss when you leave.

Located in the heart of Rians, Hostellerie de l'Esplanade dates back to 1941 and offers a terrace, bar and restaurant. Aix-en-Provence is a 40-mintue drive away and hiking activities can be found at Mount Sainte Victoire, 17 km away. All rooms are uniquely decorated and feature a flat-screen TV, seating area and wardrobe, while some boast views of the mountains or countryside. The en suite bathroom includes a hairdryer and free toiletries. Breakfast can be served in the comfort of your room and traditional, local cuisine is offered each evening in the restaurant. Guests can also relax with a drink in the bar. Hostellerie de l'Esplanade is a 30-minute drive from Sainte Baume Basilica and 20 km from the A8 motorway. Free Wi-Fi access is available throughout and free public parking is possible on site.

Reviewed By squalebeaWe stayed at l'hostellerie de l'esplanade few days and we were quite a lot of guest all friends, it was an unanimous great feeling and great experience. the Hotel is managed by the owner's family and from the welcome to the the time we left, they have done everything they can to please us. even when we told them a bit at The last minutes that we would be having diner the the 30 of us they managed it the best way. The room are confortable with the charm of the provence style. The chef is cooking delicious country side provence food and it is clear that he make a point to select very carefully its ingredients from the fresh producers around. the wine list is not long but you will have the best for a reasonable price. Service is perfect and always accommodating, english spoken perfectly and parking just in front. Honestly what To ask more?

Reviewed By EBOG62If you are looking for the special place you found it. Quiet little town, beautiful and quiet Provençal villa with pool and manicured garden. Rooms are unique and themed. Cuisine or should say gastronomy is 10/10. Service is a legend. Could only say TRY it and comment.
