From the rare truffles of the Drôme to the vineyards of Beaujolais, the Rhone-Alps reveal the treasures of French cuisine. Gastronomic pleasures are complemented by the lush countryside, filled with fields of lavender. UNESCO-designated Lyon has first-century Roman ruins and the 19th-century Basilica of Fourvière. Forts and castles dot the landscape around Grenoble. Work off excess calories on the slopes of Chamonix and Megève. Visit during fall to take advantage of the grape harvest and many festivals.

Ideally located, near to the Lake, the residence “L’Azuréa” offers a large range of comfortable apartments, with a capacity from 2 to 8 people, fully equipped. These modern style apartments are all equipped with large balconies or terraces with garden furniture, a fitness room is also available on site.
The residence is located in a residential area close to Aix-les-Bains Petit Port. The structure is crumbling and quite dirty, cleaning could be definitively improved. Finally, reception staff is not trustworthy and don't keep their word. For my stay I called them and negotiated €100/night, while at check-out I was asked €115/night. They even stated I had nothing to prove the price had been negotiated. Totally dishonest, for sure I won't come there anymore.

Located at the foot of the Chartreuse massif and 5 min from historical center, the 3*** residence Grenette is an ideal starting point to visit Grenoble, or for an escape to the mountain. In this warm and convivial atmosphere, Grenette offers a personal welcome with its 65 comfortable and well appointed apartments.
Good place to stay for few days.Good location in the city center. Nice clean room, helpful reception staff. What bothered me the most was the lack of vegetables for breakfast. Most likely I will be staying at this hotel again.

I stayed there as a couple with our youngest daughter on a cold winter night. We specifically booked this hotel because this is one of the few in Lyon with an indoor swimming pool (I called before to double check to see if it was open and heated). After check-in, where we were charged a 400€ credit card deposit, we were informed that the swimming pool was located outside of the premises, like literally across the plaza... So yeah, that's that. Although the room is very nice and spacious (we booked a suite) and the beds comfortable, we found only a single towel per occupant and a desperately cold towel rack with no means to turn it on. So if you shower in the evening, expect a damp towel in the morning. And yes, that a studio suite. In additional minor annoyances, I could not find a power plug nearby the dining table, which forced me to work next to the TV (which was on, because yes, daughter).\ We did not have breakfast, because it was not offered during booking. In my experience, that is a red flag for a possibly poorly stocked buffet (at 12.50€/person, mind you...). Overall and at this price level, I feel the value and the service is not there. So I do not recommend unless you need to be in this area (and even then there are much better, and much cheaper choices).

Nothing but praise for this hotel. We had an upgrade to a slightly bigger suite that also had a balcony. The room was spacious with a clean bathroom and a good shower. There was a bluetooth speaker in the room as well, which we made use of. In the afternoons the sun was on the balcony, overlooking the square, and even though the air temperature was only about 9 degrees, it was warm enough to sit outside, in fact it got very hot in our winter clothes. The reception staff were all so friendly and helpful. We got stuck trying to book a train back to Geneva as the ticket machine in the station was telling us there was nothing available but the staff at the hotel booked us on to the bus (Flixbus), which we picked up from the nearby bus station and it only cost €3!!! Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Annecy. Everything was within walking distance, the station, the old town and the lake as well as the shopping centre and supermarket.

Have just returned from a late season ski holiday staying at this hotel and our experience was excellent. Firstly all the staff that we encountered were polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Rooms were clean, well set out and much better than many ski resort hotels. Swimming pool was also great for us after a day's skiing. Easy transport access into Chamonix via a bus or train both of which have stops right by the hotel. Tip for those skiing in the Chamonix area, staying at this hotel and looking to take lessons, book with ESF at Argentiere as opposed to ESF Chamonix as much more convenient to get to in the morning. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again in the future.

Absolutely shocking. From the photos and the look of the place it really did initially meet expectations but just a little scratch below the surface and bam the amount of unprofessionalism is profound. Unhelpful concierge. Nowhere to eat. No restaurant within close proximity. No available bottled water onsite. The spa is a children's play area not a relaxation zone with a cold pool and no towels, gowns or slippers to used due to a washing machine issue. A lot of confusion as to what our Nature Box gift included many many many hidden charges ontop of the price paid for the Nature Box. We won't be visiting again nor would I recommend.

We got a room with pillows without pillowcases. The reception couldn’t help us with pillowcases and the staff was rude. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this place. Choose another hotel in this village.

Do you want to spend your summer holidays in Lyon? Your accommodation in a charming hotel residence at the heart of the Lyon Croix Rousse district offers easy access to all the activities in the city which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Heritage sights, local cuisine, museums and walks. The residence is open all year round.
Have to say this was quite a poor place to stay. Loud at night and someone started to play the piano at 1am downstairs and night watchman at reception didn’t interrupt. Had to get dressed and go downstairs to ask the guy to stop! Wasn’t the only time in just 2 night stay that I was woken up by noise. The room was minimalist to say the least. One tiny bottle of shower gel/shampoo… breakfast was pricey for what we got.

Privilodges Lyon is located in the 8th district in Lyon, opposite the Maison de la Danse Theatre. It offers soundproofed apartments with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and satellite TV. Each apartment at the Privilodges Lyon Mermoz has a private bathroom and a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave and hotplate. Breakfast is served daily in the Privilodges Lyon Mermoz’s breakfast room. The residence also provides laundry facilities and a private, secure car park. The Privilodges Lyon Mermoz is just a short Tramway ride from the Place Bellecour on the Presqu’ile and the Vieux Lyon district. It is a 10-minute drive from La Part Dieu Train Station.
The ventilation was very noice, I couldn’t sleep and for two nights consecutive I had to switch room. The sofa bed was really not comfortable, slightly in diagonal. The pillows are very very big. The bed in the bedroom was not that comfortable either. The room was not 100% clean. I had a very bad experience I’m not recommending this hotel.
