We visited LaCluzas in May so pretty much everywhere but the hotel and the supermarket was closed. That was fine though as we were just stopping off on the way to Paris from Italy. For a stop off point the place is excellent.

You'll feel right at home in the stylish and modern rooms at the OKKO HOTELS Lyon Pont Lafayette. In the morning, a sumptuous breakfast will provide you with plenty of energy for your activities. After an eventful day in the city, relax in the communal area, The Club, or work out in the gym. When traveling, you can love be elsewhere but regret not being at home. You will find all the equipment you have at home: a wifi that works everywhere, I-Phone dock and Nespresso in room, fridges for snacks 24h/24. Video on demand in the room, a fitness center, breakfast and evening drinks with local and regional products. Hotel does not have twin beds. All rooms are equipped with a queen sized bed. Room size does not allow to add an extra bed.
We had a very pleasant two-night stay here. The staff is EXCELLENT, very helpful, very good English (since I speak no French). We got one of the larger rooms, which was very nice (looks just like the one in the first picture above). The weather was not too warm so we didn't test the AC. The bed was a touch too hard, but not bad. My main complaint would be the oddity of having to walk through the shower to get to the vanity & toilet. Very strange! The free afternoon apertif was pleasant. The breakfast buffet was very nice. We did not eat dinner there. This is situated near a bridge over to the old town. Nice, as it was conveniently located, but not in the crowded areas. I would definitely stay here if we visit Lyon again.

Situated in Val Montjoie, which we call the Pays du Mont Blanc Saint-Gervais is a thermal spa nestled in the heart of an exceptional environment: the Mont-Blanc massif, the "Roof of Europe".
We booked with a website and we discovered that the room was not provided with the bed for our child. We were given for some nights an additional room that I think was unused because it smelt foul and the key continued to demagnetize. This has kind of ruined the feeling of our stay. On the positive side, the hotel position is good and the breakfast is very good.

In this same space, our guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast made up of organic and artisan products and can find fresh drinks, hot drinks and snacks at any time. Each evening our team prepares for our customers an aperitif, and composed of local products and offers them a welcome drink. Served from 6.30pm to 9.30pm, the aperitif is a real moment of conviviality, which gives full meaning to the OKKO HOTELS concept.
Was in Grenoble for business for one week and staying at the Okko Hotel. Absolutely terrible service, appalling bathroom and breakfast room layout. Bed was severely under maintained with the headboard peeling off and bits of the fabric and sponge falling on your head as your sleep. 3 out of my 5 days stay I had zero water from the shower. Would not recommend the hotel or the employees.

Expensive holiday but well worth it. Great food, attentive staff and a great range of activities (in addition to skiing). The live music on the terrace in the sun was banging! Awesome atmosphere. Kids activities were phenomenal, as usual. Our kids were never bored and we all made some great memories on and off piste. Staff were all fab; hard working and fun (so well coordinated). Ugo is the best kids entertainer I’ve ever known! Waiting and bar staff were great/ Mehmet had huge attention to detail. Took fleshed to high (and eco) standard every day. Beds could have been softer. All in all, one of the best weeks we’ve had! Thanks to the Chief and all his hard working staff

This brand new Club Med Resort, stands at an altitude of 1 600 metres (5.249 ft) is now open for all-inclusive skiing holidays. Combining modernity with authenticity, the Resort's traditional architecture has been revamped by our interior designers to ensure you of a wonderfully cosy ambience. In the heart of the Grand Massif ski area enjoy a ski-in ski-out experience with family or friends and a fabulous panoramic view.
Good on piste location. Very easy access to slopes. Food good if a bit crowded in the restaurant. Nice room. The major downside is the number of lifts. We had to take 3 lifts to get to breakfast and probably took 20-30 lifts over the course of the day.

Arrived on Saturday - still waiting for our room to be cleaned on Wednesday! Rubbish, dirty plates/glasses left in hallway for days. Communal toilets are disgusting, overflowing bins and no toilet paper! Only one lift working for the whole hotel. Food is average at best. Not very accommodating for vegetarians. Rooms do not look like the pictures and do not have balconies as advertised (via Expedia). Stains on the carpets and very run down. It’s a shame as the location is great and you can ski in ski out. The staff in fairness try their best but there are shortages everywhere and they can’t cope. In a nutshell I would advise anyone to stay elsewhere.

Val Thorens offers its guests the widest and most majestic panoramic view of the Alps. At the foot of the slopes, the Village is the perfect starting point for leisurely, unrestricted snow sports and tempts you to explore the 3 Vallées. This adults-only Village creates an original combination of sport-filled days and a festive atmosphere when you return from skiing. Between fitness, stopping off for a crêpe and dance classes, hedonists can top up their energy levels to enjoy cocktail evenings.
Having read some poor reviews I was concerned, but I had absolutely no reason to be. The hotel delivered much more than expected. The staff we encountered were all helpful, the bar staff are brilliant. Top tip - upgrade to the all inclusive drinks package when you arrive. €109 per person for the week for a large range of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks all inclusive. The food was as to be expected, I’m fussy but managed to find something tasty every day. The selection at the salad bar & the meats and cheeses included were a nice surprise. The evening entertainment was exactly that - entertaining. We enjoyed the shows and the atmosphere around the hotel. The rooms were bigger than others I’ve stayed in in Val Thorens and the location of the hotel couldn’t be better. Ski out, with 2 choices of runs down and the lift drops you off about 10steps from the entrance to the ski locker room. Wouldn’t hesitate to book Club Mmv les arolles for our next trip to Val Thorens. Thank you for a memorable holiday.
