In the multi-award-winning gourmet restaurant L.A. Jordan the kitchen presents sophisticated dishes and innovative creations. A culinary experience and a sensory wander through the world of flavors for all gourmets who value something extraordinary.
We enjoyed dinner here; their innovative signature menu. We loved it, however, we felt that some dishes were over complicated. The caviar in the starter carbonara was too much (but, we indulged ourselves) and the calf's head added little to the beautiful fish. But, overall a top experience. Loved the beef and the dessert. Beautiful location. Friendly staff. Great collection of wines. Be aware and prepared: it's two fixed menu's. You are a guest in their show. Don't just walk in!

My mother and I had dinner her a few nights ago. I had the fish/flounder which was very good. potatoes left something to be desired. My mother had a natur schnitzel, so un breaded. While the meat was good it has been cooked too long and it was really tough. We also had a salad from the salad bar. the waiter asked how dinner was and we told him about the schnitzel and he said but it looks so good, yes but it is tough. We did not ask for anything else or even not to pay. He comes back a few minutes later and says well my boss and I both tried the meet and we think it is fine. I said ok, but you did not have the piece she had. He says well I have to have my boss's back. I said nothing further. We paid and were finishing our drinks when I saw the cook come and cover the salad bar with all the food inside. They were closing for the evening.I would think as a restaurant owner you would want feedback. And whats the point of arguing with your guests, then don't ask for feedback if you don't believe them.

We were looking for a place to host a murder mystery party in wine country. We stumbled upon this one, no longer hungry but in the mood for a drink. The service was impeccable for such a small order, and we talked to the owner about our party plans. She was extremely excited about our plans and eager to work with us. They have a large smoker in the courtyard, and we asked about that. They were planning a BBQ fest a few weeks later, so we returned for that. The BBQ fest was incredible. The flavours we know from across the southern USA, but on fine china with again, impeccable service. We booked our mystery dinner. The dinner was last weekend, and I'm happy to say that cooperation with the owner worked very well. We were able to arrange a 3 course meal at a fixed price to accommodate all dietary restrictions, in a separate room with a wonderfully decorated table. 10 of 10 guests commented on how wonderful the food was. Even those who aren't huge wine connoisseurs were able to appreciate the wines selected. Again, this may be because of the service.I have already sent friends here, and they have already booked their private functions here after 1 meal. We'll be back sometime soon. Even if it just to sit in the garden and have a glass of fine local wine.

While staying in Kallstadt, we had lunch there. We sat outside on a lovely afternoon and enjoyed good wine and a snack of excellent Parmesan cheese with balsamico. We explained that we only wanted a snack and they treated us as if had ordered an expensive meal. We had a very relaxing time after a walk through the vineyards and also bought some bottles to take home. It was on a Sunday and it was busy. As soon as a table became free, it was taken again. It is a very stylish place.
