New and clean restaurant, employees are nice smiling although need to improve a bit on the professional aspect but they are trying hard. The food I have tried a few dishes is good, the crayfish is good at a very good price, the fish Tiep is also good as well as the yassa chicken. It is conveniently situated on the ground floor in the new building across the Radisson. So if you are craving for a bite and donât want to spend much it is a good spot I must say...enjoy
Ce nouveau pub est excitement ce qu'il manquait à Brazzaville. Une deco originale et une équipe super sympa, ce lieu promet d'être le nouveau rendez vous de la ville !

Savor majestic views of the Congo River while enjoying traditional grill dishes with a local touch. Choose from tempting menu items like T-bone steak with pepper sauce and piri piri potato wedges, Grilled Capitaine fish with plantain chips and diabolic sa
This is the brasserie attached to the Radisson Blu. The tables on the edge look over the Congo River to Kinshasa. Excellent cold buffet selection but better still is the beef, langoustins or chicken that is BBQed to order. Comes with vegetables and fries and all nicely presented.Dear James C,We appreciate you taking the time to comment on Trip Advisor regarding your experience in our restaurant. I am very pleased to see that you enjoyed your meals at the Feu des Saveurs.Indeed, the view on Kinshasa and the majestic Congo River gives charm to this restaurant. Dinner for 8 on a Friday night. Though noisy (too many TVs!), the atmosphere for a casual dinner is OK. Wait staff is attentive - speak Lingala, French, English and a smattering of other languages. Drinks came quickly; orders of gigantic burgers, crafted pizza, yummy shawarma and grilled fish with frites arrived soon afterward. Dessert (search out your ice cream flavor, in the frozen display cases, in advance) and coffee were enjoyable... I go everytime I'm in Brazza

Most guest stick to the small patio which lacks atmosphere except the menu which is designed as a newspaper. They serve mostly imported products like sole, saumon, canard and the sole which I tried was not very tasty probably cos it came frozen to Brazza. The same with the salmon with curry sauce which my friend tried. You can go there but don't expect culinarian highlights.

Le Jardin de Saveurs offers classic European preparation of meals with nods to local specialties, cooking techniques and ingredients. I had a beautifully prepared filet of a local fish called Bar that was meaty, flavorful, and distinctive. Others in our group had a wide range of dinners but everyone raved about how much they enjoyed their meals. While not extensive, the wine card offered a good range of selections that accompanied our meal. The garden setting was delightful and our servers were professional. Because of its size, the outdoor dining area offers a remarkable degree of privacy. As a final note, the quality of Le Jardin de Saveurs does not come cheap; this is probably the most expensive restaurant in Brazzaville. With that said, it is almost ideal for a high-end business dinner.

Mami Wata is a Brazzaville institution and it is indeed a very pleasant restaurant, right on the waterfront at the one end of the "corniche" overlooking Kinshasa. The views are very nice, the service adequate, and the food tasty. I particularly enjoyed their fish and chips, but the prices are definitely not on the low end, relatively. Worth a visit when in Brazzaville.
