French cafe/restaurant
We ate here whilst in Reims, The service was very good but the food was very average. I expected more for the price. The food was just warm and passable.

3 Brasseurs is a restaurant and a craftbeer. We brew our own beers on site and we offer a simple and generous cuisine typical brasserie!
While this is a chain resto, this is a great place to eat. It's location is out of the centre-vile of Reims, but if you are staying at any of the hotels around the resto, this is a good place to eat. If you don't like their beer you don't know craft beer...that is, they make great beer here. Our food was very good, from foie grad to a flammekuecheues (flat bread pizza) and La Tartine des Brasseurs was quite tasty.

We had a great dinner where they had total respect for the food. Two specials of the day, chicken and white fish were perfect and the two vegetarians in our party enjoyed veggie burger and vegetable turine. Deserts and coffee were decent.

We spent several hours here on a very sunny afternoon in Reims. You'd expect it to be a bit touristy and perhaps to be avoided but actually they did a very decent burger and fries and the English-speaking staff are very friendly and attentive, even when the place is at full capacity. The wine list is small but they have a few decent choices here and there, none of which are too expensive. Better still, in the evening in the summer there is often live music in the square - this is a plus or a negative depending on your point of view!

Around 30 smaller champagne growers belong to the Club of Champagne Treasures: to get in you have to have your wine vetted twice for excellence and also use only your own grapes. These smaller houses have banded together to support this tasting bar. Very stylish, not too spendy and you don't have to be an expert, just interested. A person can sample a "flight" of several champagnes or buy a bottle to drink there to take home -- in both cases there is someone to advise you (the day we were there absolutely bilingual English/French) about what's on the table or in the bottle. Mostly bubbly but a few exceptions. In the summer you can sit outside, in the winter the lounge is comfortable. My party enjoyed the experience greatly with the small caveat that we had to sit outside in the cool because dogs are not welcome inside. So leave your pooch at home and go for the gold !

I returned here recently when I stayed at the nearby Ibis Hotel. Like last time the staff were excellent and the beer and food were really first class. DONT MISS THIS PLACE!!!!!
