My wife and I went here to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary whilst on a tour of Spain at the recommendation of a local travel rep. Excellent food served in a lovely environment. The portions are excellent and our server suggested we under-order and supplement it later, if we felt we needed to do so. We did add to our order and requested a variation to the dish from that described on the menu; this was done without any problem whatsoever and with no additional charge for supplementary ingredients. The only hiccup we had was that all the taxi companies in town had apparently shut up shop for the night (at about 10pm) as none of them were answering their 'phones. Even our hotel was unable to raise any of the 8 companies on their list!It was thanks to a Belgian family who were dining there that night that we got back to our hotel; we didn't even get their name but we will be forever grateful.

Enjoy the best Mediterranean food in the most preferencial place in Ãguilas: at the base of San Juan de las Ãguilas Castle, with two bays on each side. Free bus service from the main square. We also make flamenco show and music performances at dinner time
An experience is always made more meaningful when you know the human story behind it and this restaurant is no exception. I took my family including children and parents here today before visiting the castle. It was full when we arrived and we were welcomed by the owner who was very friendly. The views were fantastic!!We only stayed for drinks which was very difficult as the seafood dishes being served looked and smelled amazing. I spent a few minutes at the end talking to the owner who explained that just 4 years ago the restaurant didnât exist, it was just a dream he had. But after investing his lifeâs money (and a bit of the banks!), they had created a wonderful and âUniqueâ (as he described it) restaurant and I couldnt agree more. He obviously loved the area and sold it with enormous passion.....apparently the micro climate is the best in Spain....never below 21.5âc!!! And guess what the temperature was when we got back in the car!!!I will be back for lunch with my family.....Thank you for making us so welcome.David BrookeMuchÃsimas gracias David

There were 10 of us for a night out. We ordered tapas which were all very good. I highly recommend the patatas bravas, the codfish with caramelized onions and octopus skewers. The tinto verano was very sweet. We ordered mineral water with gas to mix it with the sangria and it was perfect. The price for all we ate and drank was very reasonable. Meson del Willy is worth a try.

Great service, Head Server (Front of house), very friendly & understanding.Red Aguilas Prawns are AMAZING! Texture very different to any other prawn I have ever had.We had Lobster as a main, again, lovely. The dessert, I believe a signature dish was SUPERB. It's a half sphere of chocolate with mousse & ice cream & other bits, Absolutely fantastic.Definitely going back to try more of the fish dishes.

Excellent food with espectacular presentations and delicious flavor. You can taste from a tuna tataki, vietnamese rolls, egiptian dumplings or a colorful burrata laquee with beetroot. All that at a very affordable prices, even very cheap for some. They also offer fried fish by the portion or half. The restaurant is small but has a big summer terrace and you can park right next to it.
