Homemade Gelato shop
This is simple... we've travelled the world and eaten ice cream everywhere we've been. We found this place in our last week of travelling. All flavours we tried are very good, but trust me when I say this... the triple chocolate is the best we've ever eaten. Anywhere. Ever.

I visited La Carraia in June 2017. Do not let the line discourage you - it moves fast and it's worth the wait. If you are anywhere in the area, do not pass by here without getting a scoop, or two, or three! bb

Located on one of the most panoramic terraces of Fiesole, La Reggia degli Etruschi (once a monastery and later a tearoom) is today one of the most exclusive restaurants in the city with a breathtaking view over Florence and its monuments. We do not serve bar we are just restaurant
One of best meals and Italian steakhouses ever. Had 2 porterhouses for our table of six. Meat was thin sliced and accompanied with various sides. Served after our primi piati of several pasta dishes. And followed up with excellent dessert pasties. Great meal and wonderful service. Only problem was steep climb from Piazza in Fiesole to reach restaurant. Can call for shuttle to transport you and group up hill. Highly recommend this place for a romantic and pleasurable evening.

Visit the first Brunelleschi Palazzo, in the hearth of Florence, and experience a Gourmet's lounge with a flavour of contemporary art. Open from 12.00 To 15.00 and from 19.00 to 23.00 , lunch and dinner. You can teste our traditional and creative cousine. is better to reserve a table thank you soo much.
We checked tripadvisor for a lunch nearby and La Buchetta came up with great reviews. What a flop. Clearly a place that is over-reaching in its creativity but not in a good way. The antipasto was prosciutto (actually good) with stracciatella, with the aim of differentiating from the classical mozzarella combo. But guess what, would be better off with the original instead of the runny and more milkier-tasting option. As mains we had one pasta that was so memorable I can’t even recall after less than a week and another tagliatelle with duck ragu and cocoa. I remember that one because the duck in the beef ragu was boiled to death and the cocoa powder sprinkle didn’t work at all. For desert, the red berries mousse was good, light and not too rich. If the meal was priced in line with other classic osterias I would have given it a break but being overpriced just tipped my scale to a full 3 stars. Enjoy any of the more affordable let-downs instead.

The dark chocolate gelato is unmatched by any other stores. I got half dark chocolate and half hazelnut and it was incredible. The egg cream gelato was surprisingly delicious as well. You can't go wrong with anything here. All flavors are delicious.Happy you liked our gelato so much and thanks for the kind review! If you happen to come to Milano please come check out one of our other stores! Le Botteghe di Leonardo

Gastronomic delicatessen, wine shop, panini shop, tuscan focaccia bread. Two huge dining rooms. We serve pasta dishes, and meat or vegetarian dishes. A very diverse menu. We use Italian and Tuscan products chosen personally by the owner Pino with his twenty yeàrs of expertise.
I was a student in Florence 9 years ago and returned back for a vacation with my husband. Pino's was the FIRST meal I insisted we have upon arriving and it was truly better than I remember. Pino is still there, as charming and welcoming as ever (English speaking welcome), and serves what I consider the best panini I have ever had. Crisp, salty bread, delicious ingredients and so affordable. Lunch for two is 9 euros! Whatever Sandwich you order, make sure to add his pesto!!! It's out of this world good. A MUST STOP IN Florence!

We are a cozy activity in the historic center of Florence. We mainly deal with Tuscan products, especially small agricultural productions, which differentiate us from large commercial distribution. In our shop we make cutting boards and panini / schiacciate with quality gastronomic products from Tuscany (Cheese, Ham, Cold cuts) that we have even for direct sale. You can drink also good wine touscanian too. If you also want to have something nice and traditional you should come at Bufalo Trippone
Guys it is a must to visit this small but very cozy shop, while in Florence! Food is glorious and prices are very reasonable. The owners are very charming. It was a very nice experience to eat our food inside this shop, surrounded by Tuscany's specialties such as wine bottles, olive oil etc.
On our last day, we asked the owners to prepare for us the best of their best that included cuts of different types of cheese and cold cuts accompanied by bread and bruscettas with typical sauces. This was simply amazing and financially worth it!
Cheers From Malta!

Proper bar which don't seem to exist to the naked eye. Reasonable prices seen as its right in the centre. It's a small place full of locals but made to feel welcome. One problem it shuts at 8pm not sure if this is because it's winter. Loved it!

SANDWICHES and SUPER TUSCAN CRUSHED! High quality products and sauces REALLY CRAFT. Pairings created special "no accident" and other classics. All seasoned KINDNESS, Low Price and CLEANING
For incredible fresh Tuscan meat, fresh Tuscan cheese, fresh veg and fresh focaccia... this place is a must!
It is quite hidden in the streets of Florence and from the outside you might not spot it but it’s worth the search.
The food is amazing, the owner will help you go through the menu and nothing takes your fancy he will offer suggestions for you.
I had focaccia with Tuscan ham, pecorino, fried white onions, honey, and balsamic.... for €3.00... incredible.
The place is not fancy but for a pit stop whilst exploring Florence it is absolutely ideal.
The locals were all coming to get their lunches before going back to work in their shops... I think that says it all!
